The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was good but could have more variety or change breakfast sets for people who stayed longer. Overall, a very good hotel with good location and walking distance to good food and bakeries.

The room is spacious and I enjoy the spa service very much. The handcraft DIY workshop was a wax candle.

We had an amazing stay during our family trip! The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and most importantly, super kid-friendly. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids!

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, and spacious. Daily top-up of minibar in your rooms. Breakfast was great with set meals for selection on top of the buffet spread. Great location. It's just a stone throw from Jiaoxi train station. Walk down the street for many good foods. Definitely will return again.

Excellent stay. Walking distance to JiaoXi railway station. Strategic location to all sort of food, shop and sight seeing. In room private hotspring is perfect.

It was a very comfortable trip to stay at this hotel. It is kind of an inheritance from a Japanese hotel, with super friendly parking assistance and nice front desk staff who briefly show the room's features while you are checking in. The breakfast area is also very cozy, but we expected more choices from the buffet area. We will return for sure!

Excellent location. Big sharing spring water spa has 3 temperatures pool to choose from. Room tub is equally good. Surrounded by food streets. Nice view nife surrounding

really awesome stay - everything was impeccable from check-in to check-out. the staff were so attentive, service with a smile all the time! the room itself was huge!!!! super clean and very comfortable. the shower area included the onsen as well. location wise, it’s really close to Jiaoxi Station. there’s many car rental shops around, so renting a car to drive around the area is really easy too. overall a wonderful stay at Yamagata Kaku Hotel!

The staff throughout was attentive, courteous and friendly. We are widely travelled and and would rate the service provided as 6 stars. Keep up the excellent work. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. Breakfast choices were adequate. Dinner is highly recommended. Well prepared, affordable and delicious.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Nice and clean environment. The room is big and cozy. Very nice experience and must come here again in my next trip in Jiaoxi!

We have a wonderful experience at this hotel with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast buffet area selection choices. Would expect more selection for an Spa Hotel
