The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire hotel felt neat and well-maintained. The location is also superb. The in-room bathroom featured a practical dry/wet separation, and they even offer a spacious public bath on the first floor for guests. It's conveniently located very close to Kannai Station, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart convenience stores right next door. Yokohama Stadium is also just a stone's throw away. This makes it a perfect choice for those visiting Yokohama or looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hotel with absolutely no flaws! I hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

excellent location as it is steps away from subway station isezaki chojamachi station. there is a Lawson downstairs. so convenient when you are hungry at night. the rooms are good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. place is quiet and good sleep ensured.all amenities provided. staff are helpful. walking distance to shopping street. highly recommended. there is even a lovely bath tub . water pressure is good and strong

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Far East Village Yokohama, the room has enough space , clean and well maintained. We stroll out a good 15-20 mins to find food and restaurants . And find the air cabin interesting in the evening. We crossover we see Hard Rock Cafe & Shake Shack Burgers! The hotel is easy to locate and train station sakuragicho is nearby 5 mins walk. I love that there is complimentary coffee, teas and some evenings biscuits . Though we didnt manage to try the breakfast out but I heard the laksa noodle is good!! Great service and helpful front desk .

It's about a ten-minute walk from Yokohama BUNTAI Stadium. There's a 711 convenience store ten meters away from the hotel. There's a chain coffee shop on the second floor. It's very convenient for breakfast and the breakfast is very cost-effective. Although it's on the street, it's quite quiet at night and doesn't affect your rest. It's a little far from the subway entrance, about a ten-minute walk, and very close to the bus station. Hygiene: It's OK, the standard of a normal hotel. Service: The service is very good, the front desk can communicate in English

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Even during the incredibly crowded Obon holiday, all guests at breakfast were remarkably orderly, and the breakfast itself was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk, who was a bit older, was incredibly patient during check-in, and all other staff members were also very warm and welcoming. The 24-hour lemonade was a great touch. The room's soundproofing was excellent. I've already recommended it to friends and colleagues in Tokyo before my trip even ended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yokohama!

Conveniently close to Yokohama main few stations, and a 15min walk to Minatomirai and RedBrick Warehouse. Enjoyed the aesthetics and comfortable bed, versus the bog standard other small Japanese hotels. This is well designed and I felt very calm and at home. Great shower definitely!

I booked a standard double room, and true indeed, the bed is a standard double bed, but the room is very tiny, hardly any place for opening luggage. The hotel location is closer to the subway than JR station, but either which, is merely a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of eatery nearby, as well as mini-mart and combini, its location is good for visiting Red Brick Warehouse, and is some 15 minutes walk away from Chinatown. It's quiet, but at this moment, there are some renovation work ongoing next door, we were not affected though, after all, renovation work are carried out in daytime only, but trust the Japanese to reduce noise to very low level. The room itself has the general amenities, such as fridge, kettle, inoniser, bath robes etc, some to be collected in lobby (skin care, toothbrush etc), and there is also coin laundry services.

We reached at 1pm was told the check in time was 2pm. We came back at 2.10pm room not ready, we only got our room at 2.45pm . Check out time was 11am, when I requested to check out at 12noon I was told that if I am a hotel member it would be free. They would or should have enrol me as a member to give me the free late check out option. Instead the same lady that checked us in late charged us JPY1,000. Which I did bother to argue. Service in Japan now sucks especially with BIG cities!

It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the contracted parking lot, and you need to go through a short flight of stairs to reach the first floor, so it is very troublesome to carry large luggage~ But many things are free, there are many kinds of body wash, shampoo... you can take it directly to the room , there are also drinks, hot soup, and snacks that can be eaten at any time. There is also a massage chair in the lobby. Although it is not so smooth when used...but it is quite happy, after all, I walk so much every day...

I booked this hotel for a fan meeting, primarily just needing a place to sleep. However, I was pleasantly surprised! The comfortable air conditioning and very clean shower room made my stay truly pleasant. The security was also excellent, so I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
