Very good, small gifts were given for Christmas, and the service staff was very enthusiastic. It is very close to Kaike Tourism Center Station, very convenient to Yonago Station, and there is a Family Mart opposite.

The air conditioning in the room I reserved didn't work well...
But the staff was quick to respond and prepared a different room for me.
I made a reservation because I wanted to eat some delicious crab. I went without any prior knowledge, but the access by car was very good, the building, staff, and food were all great. The pictures on the website made it look like a big building, so I imagined it to be a grand hotel in a hot spring area that is a bit rustic and mainly for group banquets, but I was pleasantly surprised. My wife and children were delighted. I would like to go even outside of crab season. The staff were all very nice, and the hot spring was unexpectedly excellent. It felt great. The cleaning was also good, which was wonderful (I was in the bath just as the cleaning was coming in). Thank you to the landlady for your consideration. The price changes a little depending on the inn, but I decided to go for a nice room, and I could see the sea and Mt. Daisen, so I really think it was worth the extra charge.
