It's quite dated. The only redeeming quality was the incredibly friendly and efficient staff; they even promptly replaced a broken light bulb.

The room is quite spacious, but the facilities are a bit dated. Still, it offers good value for money.

hotel located on the main road about 20mins wallk from train station, near supermarket, shops and night market. the size of room is acceptable but both facilities and furniture are aging, it seems being around for last 30 years without any improvement, i am sure i can find a better place for the price i paid...

While the hotel's exterior looks a bit dated, it's surprisingly clean and well-maintained inside. The front desk staff were all very polite, and the service was excellent. Parking was very convenient, and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

It's clearly an older hotel. The bathroom door handle was difficult to use. It was generally clean, though the facilities aren't new. My room type didn't include meals, so I can't comment on the food. If you're just looking for a place to stay and don't require much service, it's an option.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Although it's not a brand-new property, it was well-maintained and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and proactive. When we mentioned the air conditioning wasn't cooling well, they promptly came to fix it. They even followed up with a phone call to our room afterwards to ensure we were comfortable. Our group was concerned about disturbing other guests, so we asked the staff if we could use the ground-floor restaurant to chat. They didn't show any hesitation or displeasure; in fact, they even turned on the lights for us, creating a comfortable gathering space. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Changhua!

While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the beds are spacious and the amenities were quite clean.

I received an automatic upgrade to a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. However, the strong musty smell in the lobby was a significant drawback. It would be much better if this could be addressed, perhaps by improving ventilation or adding a simple partition to mitigate the odor. It's an older hotel, but it's clear they are trying their best.
