Atour Hotels in Zhangjiajie

I had a wonderful stay here! The hosts/staff were very kind and helpful throughout my visit. The place was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. I also really appreciated having a washing machine available — it made my trip much easier. The location was convenient, and everything felt welcoming and peaceful and just 7 minutes walk to the cable car station up to Tianmenshan National Forest Park. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

The hotel is quite new and located directly across from Zhangjiajie University Affiliated Hospital. It's not the Atour hotel near the cable car station, but it's not far from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Lower Station, about a ten-minute walk. Even though the hotel is on a main road, the soundproofing is good, so it's not noisy. There are snack shops, bubble tea places, and restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The room offers a view of the cableway, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, with a super convenient walk to the scenic area entrance. The service was exceptional, and the room was clean and cozy, especially the shower and bed, which were the perfect comfort after a tiring trip. The breakfast was also plentiful, a great way to start the day off right! We were lucky to have our itinerary manager, Ahua! She was incredibly knowledgeable and arranged a great itinerary, allowing us to enjoy the entire trip without any shopping, which was incredibly stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the scenic area and took us on many off-the-beaten-path yet breathtakingly beautiful trails. It was a truly fantastic experience! Next time I visit Zhangjiajie, I'll definitely stay at Atour again, and I'll definitely hire Ahua, our itinerary manager.
