Our stay at Zhangjiajie Qishi Li Cave Homestay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to help us with everything, including pick-up from the train station and even sending our luggage to the airport. We are thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Excellent hotel with excellent staff that treated us extremely well the entire time. The room was immaculate and had a great view of the mountains. The location and proximity to Zhangjiajie's entrance was very convenient. A five star hotel in every way, and I would recommend this to anyone.

昨天剛退房就來評價啦！因為酒店整體的服務設計真的特別贊👍🏻，爸媽都説這裡是我們張家界此行最佳的酒店
首先位置就在森林公園標誌門的對面，出行很方便，早上一點都不用着急趕時間，晚上吃飯的地方選擇也很多，因為在半山的位置所以晚上一點也不吵鬧，睡的特別好耶✌🏻
一進酒店的大堂就被這個設計吸引住了，公共區域更是驚喜滿滿，誰能想到酒店裡有個真的洞穴！穿過無邊泳池就能走到洞穴酒吧🥂好像在探險一樣
拍照📸真的是太出片了！感覺好適合約會，下次和男朋友再來
早餐也很豐富，中西結合，店裡好多外國友人，酒店有免費的停車場🅿️，是可以閉眼沖的酒店

離景區很近，出門走不到10分鐘就到東門，
路口也很多飯店，很方便。
酒店工作人員都很好，服務態度超好呀
民宿雖然不大，但早餐也很豐富。
住了兩晚，特別滿意，景色很美，洞穴酒吧也很有特色，房間也很美。住了兩晚不同房型，一個是套房，一個是山景，滿意👍

Incredible hotel. Sunny our concierge was amazing and saved us several times with planning for the national park, she gave us an excellent itinerary. Room was spotless, unique and fun. Would definitely stay again.

他們家的服務超級好，我們一家人都很滿意，進門沒有去前台辦理手續，而是立即幫忙代辦，並把我們所有的身份證裝上了保護套，我們住過很多家高星級酒店，就衹有他們家的服務最好，24小時在線，幾個人為我們一個家庭服務，真正的管家服務，凌晨發訊息也在回信，幾乎所有人都親切，進門就像到了家一樣，和我們打招呼，房間所有的設計都有創新，房間漂亮的同時設計合理，很多地方會重視服務和環境，但是洗漱用品是不重視的，他們家的洗髮水，護髮素都很好，牙刷環保，表揚下牙膏，不是每人每小支的，常規小支用不完又浪費，帶走又沒必要，造成浪費，他家是一個房間一支大的，用不完可以帶走，很環保♻️，下雨準備了雨衣，幫忙訂景區，訂演出票，我們的演出票還多送了我們優惠券，房間很多免費，沒有一項另外的收費，啤酒也是免費的，贈送的下午茶，一點也不敷衍，主動介紹和安排，出行很關切，會提前詢問，要説有一點意見就是305房間洗澡時廁所和淋浴間的縫隙有一點進水，這也是小小問題啦，酒店可以檢修下，我們一家人都很滿意，很少去主動評價，也希望好的評價能夠給到店家鼓勵！！大家完全放心預訂，祝願：生意興隆！顧客盈門！！

Location is great, right next to the park. The best service I’ve ever had, the staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free and gave us a better view.
The room itself was fantastic, the bed felt like marshmallow, everything was clean and in perfect working order. The breakfast selection was great, I don’t eat meat and there were plenty options for me.
I wish we could stay longer and I would definitely come back!
