這次張家界之行選對酒店了！張家界美居酒店位置簡直是黃金地段，去天門山索道和七十二奇樓開車10分鐘即可。房間裏的智能設備超方便，金可兒床墊軟硬度剛好，爬山累了躺上去瞬間放鬆，衞生也沒話説，衞生間乾濕分離，連洗漱台縫隙都擦得乾乾淨淨，下次來張家界還選這！

房間很不錯，乾淨整潔，應有盡有，窗簾都是可以躺在床上自動遙控的，很温馨方便舒適；
床睡起來很舒服，整晚舒適睡眠；
高層房間也能眺望遠處的天門山，第一次見還以為是海市蜃樓；
服務真的是非常的棒了，簡直無可挑剔，還有私人管家服務，響應速度快服務質量高；
總的來説，非常好的酒店，去不同城市都會選擇美居，性價比極高👍🏾

酒店是新店，設施還可以，不過不像今年才開業的新店，房間配套設施一般，沒有一次性馬桶墊，還是我們從上家民宿酒店帶過來的，希望可以提供一次性馬桶墊；還有窗户那裡竟然用的魔術貼的紗窗，窗户看起來老舊，不像新店的設施。早上退房樓道都是黑的，連燈都不捨得開嗎？早餐需要吐槽的點就有點多了，基本沒有服務，從進門到離開，兩個服務員一直站那裡，不知道是幹嘛的；想吃點饅頭，包點都是涼的，果盤區域沒有盤子，需要我走到打菜區拿盤子折返回來取水果，希望進行改進；還有一個類似管理人員，在那裡不停打蒼蠅，感覺莫名其妙。美居作為華住的中高端酒店，本來以為服務不錯，結果感覺很一般，希望進行改進提升吧！

住他們酒店就倒黴吧，餐廳和大廳衞生間都有蚊蟲，並且入住後腿部過敏成這樣，不知道是蟲子咬的還是過敏成這樣，至今沒好頭，吐的紅黴素，都怕留疤，酒店也沒給好的售後，攜程介入也衹能處理房費八折處理。無法無天了，準備衞健委和12315投訴，

各方面都還行，早餐也比較豐富，有一點體驗不好的就是停車位有點少，晚上回來都沒地方停車，跑到隔壁酒店停車，有點麻煩，總的來説還可以。

此次入住張家界天門山中心美居酒店，體驗感真的超棒！一走進酒店，就被它莫蘭迪色系的法式輕奢風格吸引住了，優雅又浪漫，很有格調。辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員特別熱情，效率也高，還貼心地給我推薦了當地的美食和遊玩路線 。房間床品舒適讓人一夜好眠，浴室乾濕分離，高品質的洗護備品用起來也很安心。酒店的配套設施也相當齊全。有LG洗烘衣機，出門在外也不怕衣服不幹了，健身房器材很新，滿足了日常鍛鍊的需求，餐廳的食物種類豐富，味道也不錯。而且酒店的地理位置絕佳，交通超便捷。開車10分鐘左右就能到七十二奇樓，非常方便。下次來張家界，我肯定還選這兒 ！也推薦給各位準備去張家界旅遊的朋友，相信你們住了也會愛上 ！
