Really friendly staff. Location is about 15 min. away to 72 Wonder tower by foot. Close to the railway station.

This is an extension of my previous review. We had such a pleasant time that we extended our stay at Spring Inn.
Spring Inn is very close to 72 wonder tower (七十二奇楼). The tower is walkable, about 10 mins walk. It is also a 6 to 7 min Didi ride to Zhangjiajie West railway, where the high speed trains depart. We took the high speed train to Fenghuang Ancient Town from Zhangjiajie West Station. It is about 50 to 65 mins train ride.
Spring Inn is also close to Tianmen Mountain. It was a 10 to 15 min Didi ride.
I find Spring Inn's location great as a springboard to explore Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie City, and the Furong and Fenghuang ancient towns (via high speed trains).

I had an amazing experience at Zhangjiajie Wuling Spring Inn (72 Qilou Scenic Area) the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel. We got lost on our way as Trip does not pick up the name listed and were dropped off 7 minutes away by our Didi driver. We called them and despite some language difficulties, they came to pick us up to our immense relief. It is 7 minutes from the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, which is the reason I booked it. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of sandflies in our bathroom though, on the window sill and toilet seat, not sure where they came from.

10/10 – A Charming Stay with Character
This inn was an absolute gem! The interior had such a unique and charming character—it truly stood out and made the stay feel special. Its location was perfect, just a short walk from the 72-Wonders.
From the moment we arrived, the hostess made us feel right at home. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her recommendations for places to eat were spot-on. Thanks to her, we discovered some amazing local spots we would’ve otherwise missed.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy, memorable place with personality and great hospitality!

We had a nice 3 beds with 2 rooms. It was spacious and clean. The hospitality was outstanding very friendly and helpful. The toilet is Chinese styled so not our favourite, but other then that is was great
