We stayed here for 2 nights, the location was ideal, very close to national park and food market. Room was spacious and clean. The only negatives were that the bed was very firm, there was no self service laundry room & we also tried to get dinner there one night but were refused because we weren't a group which wasn't ideal after a day of walking and travelling to tienman mountain.

The staff and Hotel couldn't do enough for us, my wife and I had booked s deluxe Suite, but when we arrived we were upgraded FOC, to an Executive Suite, what a bonus.
The Breakfast was outstanding, and good selection of European and Asian food.
It was my birthday on the 18th and the staff had a Birthday cake, Rose and very nice card waiting in our room when we returned from a busy day sightseeing.
The onsite Tour Agent Lala was excellent and booked and arranged a 4 day tour plus an excellent guide to meet our needs.
Overall and excellent 5 days. definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great experience.

We had a great stay here and were impressed to receive two junior suites (each with two bathrooms and a sitting room in addition to a massive king sized bed in its own room). As we had a later flight out the manager generously allowed us a 4pm checkout - very special treatment for no cost. Thanks again.

Conveniently located. They had a tour office at the hotel who helped us arrange a guide which was very helpful. Lots of variety for breakfast.
