Good location with restaurants and convenience stores right next to the building. Coffee machine was not working for both times we had to wait 2h and the lobby is full of mist from people smoking inside. The room entrance presence detection light kept turning on while we were sleeping which was very annoying and therefore we did not have proper resting.

Very clean and spacious hotel room. Great location and only a 15-20 minute walk from the lower cable car station for Tianmen mountain.
Would highly recommend the James Joyce Coffetel Hotels!

While our stay had some good points, there were a few issues. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and the cableway. We also had problems with our room key, which had to be reactivated at the front desk multiple times. Another downside was that smoking is allowed in the hotel, which we found unpleasant. Lastly, the breakfast was rather sparse.

V were checking into your zhangjuajie hotel on 8th September afternoon, i can see tat many customers were lining up to register, making enquiries n things to b done, and oso a couple hackling over not wanting to pay deposit upon checking in but ur 覃佳威小姐 was v patient n polite in handling her customers tjough inder pressure... A very good personality, attitude n customer orientated staff... Pls keep up d good name of hospitality of your hotel and thanks to 覃小姐
