這是我第一次給酒店差評。酒店大廳承包出去的門店是做旅遊的，你在前台辦理入住她們就會問你來耍幾天，想讓你跟她們的團。我們沒按照她們的介紹買門票，後面問她們就愛答不理的，最後還跟客人在大廳大吵大鬧，雖然是外包的，但希望酒店對這些商家加以管束，以免給酒店帶來負面影響。他們的人全坐在大廳休息區都佔滿了。還好酒店前台的工作人員態度還和藹，加買早餐券還給小孩子打折了的👍這值得表揚。張家界旅遊局和工商該好好學學開封清明上河園和萬歲山，學學哈爾濱文旅局。該治治張家界的旅遊中介亂象了，雖然張家界的景色還不錯。酒店是以前的華住旗下的麗程酒店，後面改名的“雲尚景豪”

很少給差評，但這家酒店絕對值得!
1、 睡到一半莫名其妙停電，酒店沒任何通知，打前台電話不接，整個酒店黑乎乎的，電梯停電，找不到地方下樓也沒有工作人員指引，拖着超級重的行李找樓梯，從4樓慢慢拖下去，滿頭大汗……一般酒店行業停電，政府應該會提前通知吧?酒店知道停電還接待客人，這不是黑心商家嗎??
2、淡季來張家界旅遊，近 200/晚的房價絕對算不上很差的酒店了，辦理入住時已經聲明要續住一晚，希望可以多給一張電卡，但遭到前台服務員多次拒絕，隔天換個服務員要求50 元按金才給電卡，好吧，我接受了，退房時説停電了，來電後按金會自動退回，上午11點退房，晚上7點多按金都沒退...後面又跑去前台才退按金
3 、然後是浴巾，破破爛爛全是洞洞，毛巾和床單都抽絲絲了還在用!並且浴巾發黃、不知道用了多久了還不捨得更換，牙刷梳子都是很差勁，梳子梳頭髮一下直接彎了，再梳一下直接斷掉…
4、酒店燈光更是暗黑，黑乎乎的，特別嚇人。一點都沒有明亮!一個人都不敢呆感覺到害怕。衞生間特別小，洗澡間和馬桶緊緊挨着，胖一點的人蹲馬桶關門都不方便，另外洗澡水會溢出到馬桶處.體驗感很差很差

酒店一股黴味，而且提前預訂價格比當天要貴，倒了血黴，當天酒店沒有熱水，等了2個小時到半夜都沒來熱水，一大早起來洗了澡！酒店沒有任何後續的解釋和處理，633的雙床房，就當喂狗了
