JI Hotel Hotels in Zhangjiajie

I brought my kids to Zhangjiajie for a trip and chose this newly opened hotel. It is very close to the cable car station and provides free breakfast. The waiters are very enthusiastic and the rooms are smart, clean and sanitary. I will choose All Seasons again next time.

Location: Very convenient, close to attractions and dining options. Front Desk: The staff were very friendly and always initiated greetings. Laundry: A dedicated service collects dirty clothes and returns them to your room once washed. Very convenient. Concierge: Special praise for the concierge service. They were diligent and helpful with discounted ticket purchases, scheduling, and route planning. All of the above aspects were excellent and would merit a 4.5 or 5-star rating. Downsides: If you disregard the location, the price of over 600 RMB for an All Seasons hotel isn't particularly good value for money. Cleanliness, however, is a major issue; I'd only give hygiene a 3-star rating. Restaurant: The breakfast selection wasn't extensive or varied, but it was sufficient to fill you up. A significant issue was the cleanliness of the glass cups in the juice area; for several consecutive days, I picked up dirty cups, and it wasn't just an isolated incident. Guest Room: I need to particularly highlight this. The housekeeping staff's cleaning was subpar. Upon check-in, I noticed snack packaging left by the previous guest on the floor under the curtains. I thought perhaps the cleaner hadn't noticed and it would surely be taken care of the next day. However, when I returned to the hotel the following evening, that snack bag was still exactly where it was. I specifically left the 'change linen' sign, but the cleaning staff didn't change the sheets; they simply smoothed out the duvet. What's more, many strands of my hair that had fallen out were still on the sheets that evening. Whether they claim not to have seen the sign or attribute it to environmental reasons for not changing linen, at the very least, they should have cleaned the sheets. Such perfunctory service certainly doesn't warrant a good review. On more than one occasion, I found insects on the bathroom counter. While the hotel is close to the scenic area's main gate, it's far from any mountains, so don't use the location as an excuse. The truth is, this is due to insufficient pest control and sanitation. This was truly unsettling; I'm genuinely worried and will have to disinfect my entire luggage when I get home. These hygiene issues aren't just individual staff's fault; fundamentally, they stem from inadequate management oversight. This is an honest review, and I hope the hotel refrains from contacting me to change it, as I will not alter my review.

Exceptional stay with unique touches! From the moment we stepped into the lobby—greeted by a calming, spa-like scent—we knew this hotel was something special. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the receptionists were warm, friendly, and eager to help, despite some minor language barriers. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring two beds, a large TV, and a stunning view of the longest cable car line on Tianmen Mountain. The bathroom stood out as well, with a warm seated toilet, automatic flushing, and generous space—adding to the comfort. One of the most delightful surprises was the robot that delivered food and beverages to our room, adding a fun and futuristic touch to our stay. Another big plus: the Tianmen Mountain entrance is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel—super convenient for sightseeing. Even there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. Overall, a truly memorable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, the bedding was so soft I slept soundly all night, and the front desk staff were warm, professional, and even proactively helped me plan my trip. The location is superb, within walking distance of the 72 Wonders Tower and shopping district. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
