Good location, very near to the huanguoshu waterfall and the bus station. Provide transport pick-up and send service around the vicinity with just a phone call and driver's response is quick. The hotel is clean with lift access to all floors.

Good quiet hotel which is near to restoran bus station & to the exit ticket counter at Huangguoshuo, hotel provides free shuttle service to scenic area which is very convenient for family

酒店離景區觀光車乘車點很近，步行需要10分鐘。環境衞生服務中規中矩，基本的需求能滿足。早餐一般，可以煮米粉和麪條。

酒店距離黃果樹票務中心和乘車點非常近！5月4日下午辦理入住，前台工作人員非常熱情，其中有一個小妹妹笑的很甜，特別有禮貌！酒店有商務車隨時可以接送到票務中心，司機服務態度也很好！房間乾淨衞生，酒店電視也解鎖了很多收費影片和電視劇，體驗感非常好！本來以為酒店是個私人酒店，後來看扁牌好像是貴州飯店集團成員啥的，另外還是攜程優秀供應商！五一期間酒店降價了，攜程迅速和酒店溝通好了，按照低價入住，一直信賴攜程的服務！

這個酒店在黃果樹小鎮上就是給人驚艷的感覺，房間乾淨整潔，設施完好，房間很大，提供免費一次性毛巾和馬桶套，必須點贊。家庭房是複式結構，樓下樓上各一間客房加衞生間，適合一家出遊。

衞生差床上有頭髮，廁所返臭，一屋子屎臭尿臭，早餐難吃到絕，食材看圖不新鮮，這些吃的打發哪個，住的最差的酒店，垃圾酒店，這垃圾配置，這垃圾環境怎麼給的四星？一開窗就是在建工地，直接埃起這種咚咚咚的吵死，住的鬼火冒，來住的想清楚。
