我入住這家酒店的經歷並不愉快。房間設施略顯陳舊，衞生狀況也讓人擔憂，甚至發現了蜘蛛的蹤跡，甚至還有沒處理掉的廚餘垃圾袋，這讓我對酒店的整體印象大打折扣。前台處理問題的效率也不高，讓我倍感失望。希望酒店能夠重視顧客反饋，改善服務質量和衞生狀況。

位置還算好，就在海泉灣附近，但是這間公寓，味道很大，一陣潮濕味道，而且廳的燈具壞了很多。嚴重影響照明，另，內麪的設備冰箱是完全沒有的，櫃子基本爛，最搞笑，本人入住了，才維修燈具。
