My wife and I booked the Suite. It was one of the best rooms during our China trip across 8 cities in Guangdong province. It was great that the bathroom was completely removed from our bed and there were even doors to separate the bedroom from the living room. The fixtures and hardware were nice and well kept. One night, we discovered a lizard in our bathroom, and with one message to the staff over WeChat, they came over and captured it very quickly. The lobby is scented with a fresh tea scent, and that was one of the best lobby experiences we've experienced in all of our travels ever.

it's a non-smoking room i reserved, however I woke up with smoking odor the next day and have to check out earlier because of that. Other than that, the hotel is generally good to stay at.

酒店離拱北口岸很近，打車起步價就能到。不過去景點不太方便，距離相對較遠。
大堂裝修看着不錯，但衞生和服務卻很一般。浴巾上滿是斑斑點點，作為國內四星酒店，房間連護髮素都沒配備，感覺有點過度控制成本了。電梯廳頂上出風口積着厚重灰塵，還纏有長頭髮，一部電梯也處於停用狀態，也不清楚是不是**二樓spa館使用。
房間空間其實挺大，卻沒設衣櫃，衣物衹能貼着牆擺放，不太衞生。房間衣架不夠用，借用後也沒有備用衣架。明明大堂都捨得豪華裝修，添一根掛衣桿成本也不高，可現在就靠牆上一個釘子掛東西，體驗感差很多。洗澡水忽冷忽熱不穩定，幸好天氣暖和。另外，房間裏放了超多瓶礦泉水，冰箱裏、枱面上、燒水壺旁到處都是，建議可以搭配着放點軟飲，豐富選擇 。
