The room is very big. We checked in at 6pm. Ms. Tang at the hotel front desk helped us upgrade to a newly renovated room for free and gave us a children's meal voucher. Thank you very much. The location of the hotel is very good. It only costs 13 yuan to take a Didi taxi to Sun Moon Bay. It is also very close to the beach, but the traffic in Zhuhai during the May Day holiday was very congested, so we didn't go to the beach at night. We were originally planning to go to Zhuhai Chimelong, but considering the large number of people, we changed to join a one-day tour in Zhuhai. The hotel is located in the city, and the one-day tour travel agency can pick up and drop off at home, which is a good experience.

Before arriving, I'd heard this hotel was a conversion from an Atour, and indeed, the room cards and general layout clearly reflect that. It's a bit different from the Holiday Inn Express hotels I usually stay at. The lobby is quite small. I attempted to check in at 2:30 PM, but surprisingly, our room wasn't ready yet, which led to a frustratingly long wait. We had booked two king rooms simultaneously, but their sizes varied significantly; the smaller one felt quite cramped, and the provided sofa was also uncomfortably small. Breakfast was quite disappointing – there wasn't much variety, and seating was incredibly limited. We saw people standing around with their plates trying to find a spot, so we decided to just leave quickly. For anyone accustomed to Holiday Inn Express standards, this hotel really doesn't measure up. On the positive side, the room's cleanliness was excellent – spotless and well-maintained. The mattress was comfortably firm yet soft, which was perfectly acceptable. The surroundings at night were quiet and peaceful, and it's conveniently close to the Zhuhai Grand Theatre (Sun & Moon Bay) attraction.

This stay was great! From the front desk check-in to the room service, the staff was always warm and thoughtful, as caring as family. The room was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and there were snacks and handwritten welcome cards in the details, which was particularly heartwarming. The location was also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions were very close. I will choose here next time I come!

The hotel also has a gym, so you can exercise and relieve fatigue while on the road—a real plus for business travelers! The breakfast selection was ample, with both Chinese congee and noodles and Western breads, filling and time-saving. Check-out was equally efficient. Staying here with colleagues on a business trip was worry-free and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again!

National Day took the family out to play and set 2 rooms. Although there is a room that is visually different from the other room I have set, the little handsome guy at the front desk handled it very well. The service attitude at their front desk is very good. The stay is also very quiet. The hotel is not far from the beach, and the elderly at home are very satisfied.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was perfectly cool. The hotel is situated in an older residential complex built in the 70s. As it's only 7 stories high, you'll see trees within the complex along with the sea, so it doesn't offer a completely unobstructed sea view. However, you do get a glimpse of the iconic Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Bay) diagonally opposite! The location is very convenient. A bus stop is just 200 meters away, taxis are readily available, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The robot delivery service for meals was also a handy feature. Traveling with a child, we took a bit longer to pack on our last day and couldn't check out on time. After a quick chat with the front desk, they kindly extended our checkout until 3 PM, though we were actually ready and departed by 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff seemed a bit rushed, which led to us accidentally leaving some items behind. The housekeeping team later assisted us in searching, but we weren't able to find them. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was quite good, and I would recommend staying here. Oh, and a fantastic bonus: you can catch a beautiful sunrise from here – what a wonderful way to start your day!

The family room at Jinfeng Jiamei Hotel is really [impressive]. Environment: The hotel is strategically located close to Xiangwan and Fenghuang North business districts, with convenient transportation. There are affordable and expensive massage and foot massage services within 400 square meters downstairs, and food is available all day. Service: The staff was friendly but unprofessional. The previous customer checked out late, so there was no room available. This should not have been a problem for the customer (check-in time was after 3pm). In the end, although the room was successfully picked up despite a slight delay, the problem had already occurred and it affected the customer's mood and time wasted. Facilities: Drinking water is available in the lobby. Other customers were smoking from the lobby to the elevator but no one dealt with them. The room is spacious and bright, with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It looks clean at first glance, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, but the entire floor, windows and walls are covered in dust. The window part is not even finished yet, with a gap large enough for a can of Coke (it would probably rain on a rainy day). There are also many leftover decoration materials on the tracks that have not been cleaned up. The noise from the street outside is very noisy in the rooms on the 3rd floor.
