"This hotel's hygiene and environment were truly appalling, beyond my comprehension. It was my first time in Zigui, and I was hoping to see the Three Gorges Dam, so I booked a river-view room to see the Yangtze River. But when I checked in and opened the curtains, I was almost dumbfounded. There was no river view at all; it was just a residential area. The Yangtze River was only faintly visible in the distance. The room was also filthy. Despite the large room size, the air conditioning was completely ineffective. The dust and stains on the bedside table hadn't been wiped. The tissue box, despite its size, contained tissues that seemed smaller and less valuable than those found on Pinduoduo. The TV was tiny, and the TV wall frame instantly lowered the room's perceived quality. The spare blanket in the wardrobe hadn't been cleaned of hair. The toilet was filthy, and the water pressure was incredibly low… In short, it was terrible, not worth the expensive booking. I didn't see the river view, and the environment and hygiene were awful. Even in downtown Yichang, the room rate was much higher. They should go abroad and learn from them!"
