The train station is within walking distance from the hotel, and the road is also easy to walk with a suitcase. The hotel is located by the river, close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The town is suitable for walking, and the train station can transfer to various buses to other attractions. The hotel breakfast is very rich, and everyone praised the hotel breakfast during this trip.
The best hotel in the whole Je Austria-Hungary, the experience is very good, it is a surprise.
Facilities: large room, high rack, separate bathtub shower, refrigerator stove, electric kettle, coffee machine safe, etc.
Hygienic: spotless, mirror glass without ash and watermark, clean beds and folds
Environment: Linz city center, it is a quiet location, surrounding shopping malls, central square
Service: Check-in information, the front desk also carefully replaced the pad with a Chinese interface, and then recommended the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants to me.
The hotel is situated near the main street of Linz. You can easily find your foods and drinks in the vicinity. You can take public transport, tram, at the main street to the biggest shopping mall in Linz or to the train station.. This is the hotel I will recommend for those who are looking for decent hotel amenities with many restaurants and stores nearby.
The room is a good size and clean and tidy
The key is the excellent location: at the entrance of the old town of the town, the car can just reach it, so you can put your luggage down; 50 meters away is the entrance to the castle; it is quiet at night and there is no noise from tourists, which is an almost perfect combination.
Had a really nice stay it is located near the center of Linz old Town which you can easily visit by foot .For me the only downside was the parking fee .The Hotel does not have a parking area and there is an underground parking right next to the Hotel but the parking fees are about 25 Euros for 24 hours which was not bad considering for shorter periods of time you pay 3 Euros for an hour and if was like this almost everywhere which i find a bit annoying because if you take time to really enjoy your espresso that we are counting 20 Euros in total with the parking .Even in the streets it was 3 Euros for 90 minutes the reason i made this review is i myself appreciate it a lot when someone else writes an honest review and it helped me with my stays and i want to help the next one have a nice trip .

LLuoluohebaobaoSuitable for self-driving accommodation, in a small town at the estuary of Lake Halstat. Mainly affordable. Good breakfast. The first floor is a restaurant and a meat shop, and the second floor is for accommodation. You can see the snow-capped mountains. The surrounding scenery is not bad compared to Gosau. I recommend it.
GGuest UserAlternative town if you want to reach or leave Hallstatt early/late to avoid most crowds. 20mins drive. Plenty of parking spaces, they even have EV charger spots. Breakfast comes with variety of choices to suit your dietary needs.
AAnn & BrookeEverything is just perfect during our stay at Heritage Hotel. Our room is located at the main building of the hotel which is attached to lobby and the restaurant.Make our stay more convenience. The main building is just steps walk from the jetty .Our room is facing the lake.Coffee and tea sachets are provided in the room..We had our dinner at the restaurant,it was good. The buffet breakfast was very yummy..Overall im very happy with our stay and we will stay again at this hotel..
FForever GratefulVery nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort.
However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course.
It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all.
I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

GGuest UserThe location is quite far away from Hallstatt if you are planning to use this as a base (ard 10-20 min bus or 5 min train + ferry if you catch the train), but the view and price definitely compensate it. The view is really fantastic and you can see Hallstatt and the absolutely stunning lake view from your room if you book the balcony one. It is a really good deal for me. The staff is also very nice and friendly.
But do note that luggage storage is a paid service (2 euro for one day so I thk its not bad). Also you only have your own bathroom, but not toilet in your room (in my case I have to walk a little to find my toilet which is shared within 2 rooms) If you do not mind these, this is a perfect room with the perfect view!
MMarcus BerrybeanWe were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment.
Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason.
Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.
GGuest UserThe girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.
