"Stayed 3 nights , had 2 nights booked and decided to book a day early , unfortunately they could not give us the same twin room , so we settled on the king Riverview room. The staff were great accommodated the situation with no fuss taking our bags for.the short window between transfer of rooms. They really looked after us as we went out however as.mentioned they quickly got the room ready. The rooms are spacious clean have a great outlook and bathrooms are well designed and the decor is wonderful Hard to fault really , the spa, sauna steam room and a good gym. Maybe the pool which is more than sufficient, but hard to do laps if that is your thing Location next to the station , great , stadium a short walk Excellent"

"Getting to the hotel from the airport was easy – just a bus ride and then two streetcar stops. It's an apartment-style hotel, complete with a microwave and a mini-fridge. I mainly booked it for the balcony, which offered a nice view. Despite there being businesses downstairs, it was surprisingly quiet. There's a small supermarket nearby and Chinatown is also very close."

"The receptionist service was great especially during the check in process. The room looks new and clean. The breakfast was good but only western option and same everyday. I was going to kangaroo island on one day and have to go before breakfast starts so the receptionist kindly helped me to prepare a take away for my breakfast. The location was ok, a few mins distance to public transport and restaurants. Behind is Rundle mall and Adelaide arcade right beside. However, it could be a bit noisy because it’s located right beside the main road. Overall, it’s great and will consider staying here again! 👍"

"I loved the hotel! It’s new, very beautiful, and the rooms are modern, nice, and very clean. The facilities are also lovely. It has underground parking. The breakfast was also really good, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. The Hotel Windsor, Melbourne (Worst value for money) The Park Hyatt Melbourne stood out as having the best service among all 11 hotels. We arrived around 5:00 PM and were informed our room wasn't quite ready, requiring a 10-15 minute wait. Before I could even react, the front desk staff immediately offered complimentary breakfast for the next day as an apology, along with a voucher for two drinks at the lobby bar while we waited. Of course, we happily accepted! The hotel's location is a little outside the very center, situated behind Parliament House and right next to St. Patrick's Cathedral, which you can see from the rooms. Fitzroy Gardens, home to Cook's Cottage, is also within walking distance and worth a visit. I was very impressed with the hotel's amenities. The room even had a three-prong power outlet, a feature I didn't find in any other hotel. The 'old money' decor gave it a grounded and understated elegance. Breakfast was excellent and very extensive, with freshly made Western pastries that were incredibly delicious. I heard their flat white is even better than those from popular specialty coffee shops. The heated pool was long and narrow, feeling like it was definitely more than 25 meters. There's also a tennis court available for A$50 an hour, though you need to bring your own racket."

Any requests were promptly addressed, and we consistently experienced professional and warm service that made us feel very comfortable. 🏨Excellent Facilities, Superb Experience The standard twin room was spacious, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring we weren't disturbed by outside noise. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive; the fitness center and common areas are well-maintained, meeting all our travel needs. 🍳Delicious Breakfast, A Great Start to the Day The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, with both Western and Asian dishes. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, ensuring we had a satisfying breakfast every day, starting our day's itinerary full of energy. The Crowne Plaza will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Adelaide! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Adelaide for leisure or business – you can't go wrong!"
