I was really happy with my stay at this hotel during my trip to Guilin! As soon as we arrived, the staff told us about nearby attractions and even gave us a tour guide, which saved us a lot of hassle. We could walk to all the nearby sights, which was super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was decent and perfectly adequate. Mid-stay, we ran out of toiletries, and as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk, they were brought to our room immediately. The staff proactively asked if we were comfortable, and when we checked out, they gave us a bag for our belongings and extra bottled water. They even thoughtfully provided cooling patches and mosquito repellent when they heard I was going to Yangshuo next. The service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin!

We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Everything about this accommodation exceeded my expectations, it truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The property itself is stunning. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. I couldn't have been happier with my stay. I've never been to Guanxi province before, but it surpassed all my expectations. The village itself is beautiful, and around 7km from Yangshuo, so it's not as busy as central locations but still plenty to see around the Yulong river. But most of all, the family and all the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, and made me feel so welcome. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and they service your rooms every day which means you always have a freshly made bed and water bottles. Breakfast was included and was wonderful and plentiful....porridge, watermelon, yams, boiled eggs served with red tea, and you could also order coffee. You can also get a big bowl of noodles, but after they realised as a foreigner, I don't really like to eat this kind of thing for breakfast, they simply adjusted to my tastes and gave more eggs and sweet potatoes the next day without me even needing to ask- fantastic service! I really enjoyed the company of the boss man, and I assume his wife. After watching snooker together the first evening, they invited me to eat dinner together the next night, along with the kitchen cook. It felt like a family meal, and I felt very welcome indeed. By the way, I walked between villages in my afternoons, which was great exercise and there's plenty of good routes for bicycling. 🚲 I am already looking forward to coming back 🏞

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin and would highly recommend it to international travelers. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the service—staff were attentive, helpful, and went beyond our expectations to meet every need quickly and efficiently. Communication was smooth, even for international guests, which made the entire stay stress-free. A lovely bonus was the Italian-style coffee machine located downstairs, which served excellent coffee and made mornings even better. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guilin.

I saw online that this hotel was highly rated for its beautiful scenery, so I made a special trip here! The hotel entrance might seem unassuming, but once you step inside, it's a whole different world. The hotel is right on the Li River, where you can go fishing during the day. In the afternoon, there are even cormorant fishing interactions and traditional craft workshops, all perfect for family fun. The hotel also offers free travel photography, and we got some great family photos as a souvenir. The photographer was very professional and excellent at guiding us. The facilities are comprehensive, with a parking lot, a pool, and a kids' club. The service is also excellent; they pretty much fulfill every request! I highly recommend everyone come and experience it for yourselves!

This is a very new hotel, and it feels grand. It's probably one of the most affordable Orange Crystal hotels I've stayed at. I'm guessing it's because it's the off-season in Guilin, but for less than 300, the value for money is incredible! The bedding is fantastic, and the mattress is just the right firmness. The surrounding area is quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. The coffee and tea-making facilities are lovely. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and attractions all within easy walking distance. Highly recommend! The front desk staff were proactive and welcoming. It's a shame I didn't get a chance to try out the pool.

A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

Whenever I'm in Nanning, Marriott is my first choice, and this time I have to give a huge shout-out to Sally! Her service was warm and thoughtful, she responded incredibly fast, and was exceptionally attentive. Having such an outstanding employee is the hotel's greatest asset! 👍🏽
