Great stay, great location, the hotel has a great breakfast selection and there is a free bus service provided to take you to the beach, would definitely recommend staying here.
Modern apartments, exquisite cleanliness, unbeatable location, and super attentive staff. A thoughtful touch of a bottle of water in the fridge—it was my birthday—sweetened my day. We'll definitely be back.
A very family friendly self catering hotel.
Plenty of activities for the adults and kids, kids club can be ify though as sometimes they cancel it. The swimming pools are great and popular. Back door to the beach amazing location and view. Perfect for sunset and sunrise. Spacious open kitchen for home cooking. Beautiful buildings. Friendly staff.
Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to.
Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars.
Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch.
Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars.
A row house similar to a resort. The decoration is old, the sofa, furniture and bedding are old. The service is good. Overall, it is old but has everything it should have. What I am not satisfied with is the hygiene. There are sticky stains on the bedside table and the wall. You need to pay a deposit at the front desk for the air conditioner remote control before you can use the air conditioner. You can get the deposit back by returning the remote control after leaving the hotel.
Helpful and friendly front desk service. Few facilities but sufficient for a short stay. Not them the occasion we had a studio but well equipped and a small market 2 minutes away
In the center of en les Hauts but 5-10 minutes from the shops and the seaside really well located
Clean space. Spacious .. wonderful staff. The beach next door needs a bit of a walk but marina del sur and everything with jet ski and proper beach is just a walk away! Lots of shops but need to know Spanish a bit.
The pool was getting cleaned when we visited but definitely will visit again

GGuest UserMy stay was great, the hotels location was about 15 mins from Tenerife south Airport by taxi which was quite convenient. Hotel was lovely, pool was lovely
GGuest UserI am happy to my stay with Secrotel Hotel Praque. I book it after checking reviews from other travelers comment. Yes, price is good and to it's location, it is close to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff are helpful. Buffet breakfast is good. Breakfast restaurant is on the top level of this hotel, we can enjoy stunning ocean view and sunlight while having breakfast. It is bonus. However, a minor thing I like to share is during busy morning especially when restaurant is full house, it always running out of coffee cups, juice glasses as well as cereal bowls. I cannot have to wait a long while for these 3 times from my 5 days breakfast. Maybe hotel can put some signage to suggest guests be eco-friendly minded to re-use glass, cup and bowl when refill. As I have seen some have 5 -6 cups and glass on a table. Bed is comfortable, room is clean with basic things you need. Yes, no electric kettle, no slippers as standard 3 stars hotel do. So, I have no complaint. There has no more noise from constructions, as this is my concern after reading other travelers comments in the pass. So I think all is done. Hotel locates next to taxi, bus station but not close to beach area. It's no problem to me for this winter travel. I am very happy for all. Definitely recommend it to others.
HHUIHUAVery suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes
DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.
Definitely recommend
Sschere riveraWe are repeaters of this apartment, we love and what more your close workers careful and friendly, make you feel like at home, we always advise you :) the only stick that would wear is that there are few shadows and hams to the number of customers who has the apartments.
GGuest UserThe room was quite large, the facilities and decor were nice, and it was beautiful, and the style was unique. However, the hotel staff was terrible. They even mistyped my last name in pinyin, as seen on my passport, which caused me to be unable to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. I asked the staff if the meal purchases were deducted from the deposit, but they didn't know. Furthermore, they still haven't refunded my deposit after more than two weeks. They also didn't understand the hotel's rules, and many staff members didn't speak English well. The location was inconvenient, so I could only stay at the hotel for leisure. Getting anywhere else was difficult, and I had to take a taxi. It's quite remote, so it's fine for a vacation, but be careful—the staff are truly unreliable.

GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.
AAnonymous UserThe apartment is very well located and with all services.
The staff treatment is 10, Kevin attended me at the entrance and solved me without problems an incident that I had.
The swimming pool is great, and the environment that is formed in it too.
