Hotels in Edinburgh were too expensive for Halloween, so I chose this one a bit further from the city center, but it was easily accessible by public transport. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room felt warm and inviting. I mentioned the sheets were a little dirty, and the manager personally changed them for me, which I felt a little embarrassed about. The view from the window was of a peaceful Scottish autumn landscape. I initially thought traveling to and from the city would be time-consuming, but I unexpectedly saw Scottish pastures and sheep, as well as the World Heritage-listed Forforth Railway Bridge and Queensferry Bridge along the way – a truly delightful surprise! I had seen the railway bridges from the plane; they were magnificent. I never imagined we would actually pass by them – a wonderful unexpected bonus. It was a pleasant surprise, and I truly experienced the authentic Scottish countryside. I loved it; it was definitely worth the trip.
We had a lovely stay at the castle. The castle has its own Charm and the owner gives you a small tour of the castle and he is really friendly. The breakfast could be a bit better but everything else was really good.
Spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Regular cleaning, savory breakfast to order in the restaurant, very reasonable prices for catering, friendly staff. No hair dryer and bring a shower cap because the shower head is high and fixed. Very quiet and well-insulated hotel. Excellent value for money

The hotel was clean, but I booked a double bed room to share with my sister on trip.com and when I paid and got a confirmation that it’s a double room it was not refundable . When I contacted the hotel they said that because they did not have twin rooms available it reverted the booking to double in the system. I contacted trip.con to cancel the booking they said that it was non refundable booking, I explained that it was their system that made the error and not me, the agent said I will contact the hotel and check if they can accept a refund, she got back saying that they have refused and trip.com could not help. I was furious and I had to go and sleep on the sofa bed and this was uncomfortable also the heating was doing some tapping sound as I am light sleeper I could not sleep properly at all.

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend at this hotel. One of the best places not far from busy Edinburgh to enjoy a day together with the family. The service is outstanding, and the staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the SPA area with the warm swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to get some relaxation in this place.
Everyone must read every letter from the hotel carefully! Apartment hotel, no front desk! This is explained in the booking form and letter. You need to rely on the prompt 1️⃣ in the letter to find the way, 2️⃣ get the password (1st code) to enter the property in the apartment area, 3️⃣ the password (2nd code) to get the key. This very important letter was sent within 72 hours before check-in. Be sure to pay attention to your mailbox and every prompt of the Trip.com system! ! ! Bookings in China are through Trip.com , but overseas agents are another one. If the hotel mentions the name of another agent during the call, don't panic. Leave messages through the platform of Trip.com , which often show an unread state. The actual experience is that the other party may have received the message. The network phone can be connected. Service attitude is very good. The current service phone work method is: before 7 pm is the customer service center of the hotel group; After 7 pm is the local staff of St. Ann. The apartment itself is great. The photo is real for reference. Overall recommendation!

CChun Kong ChoyLeft my electrical tooth brush and emailed them to locate which they claimed it cannot be located. How could it be? As that was the last location checked in!!!. Lacking in effort to provide after sales services. In addition electrical trip and some guests were stranded in the elevator for an hour.
SShepShepThe trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!
GGuest UserWe were golfing in St Andrews area and looking for a 1 night stay and we booked premier Inn, hey it was a boys golf trip !
On checking in the receptionost wasnt quite bubbling with enthusasim, pleasant enough.
Our Twin Room had a large double bed and a smaller than usual single bed, I got tyhe single bed. The room was clean and adequate, the shower ran tepid to hot.
Breakfast was superb, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bakery selection and the cooked buffet was excellent. Unlimited tea and coffee.
Al in all, the hotel was very good for a short stay.

SsammlThe outside of this hotel worried us as it looks quite run down, but the rooms were serviceable. It was a hot day in Scotland (rare!) but this meant we found the room a bit uncomfortable with no cooling/fan. Bed was also quite a small double bed as a heads up!
Breakfast was delicious and the bar is well priced - all in all, this was a decent enough stay in the area but we wouldn’t go out of our way to return.
