Hotel is very beautiful and located in a quiet area of Xian but easy to get around in the old city. Metro station is very close so you don’t need to pay of taxi every time. Around the hotel there are a lot of small and very authentic restaurants so you don’t have necessarily to buy everything at the muslim (and hyper turistic) market. Prices are like the half of the I more turistic area but it’s genuine. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work very well. It was noisy and didn’t refreshed enough. Overall a very good hotel for the prices. The hotel was very clean and there was also free laundry machine to be used on the ground floor! Life saver. I will come back here

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation. It is close to scenic spots and popular check-in spots such as the Bell Tower, the City Wall, and Muslim Street. At night, you can see the nighlt view of the Bell Tower in just a few minutes by walking downstairs. The hotel is equipped with robots. There is a dedicated rest area in the hotel lobby. It is very convenient to rest in the lobby after a day out. The room is fully equipped with a gym and a laundry room with washing and drying in one step. The room bedding is also very comfortable. The service of the front desk guy Mumu and the lady Mia is very good. The check-in is proactive. The people are very friendly.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

Beautiful hotel near Zhoulou station exit D. Near Bell’s tower, drum tower, 1 station to City wall. My non-smoking room has no smoke smell. Very nice and helpful staffs. There is a male staff who speak english fluently. I ask them for good restaurants near the hotel, they advised very nice places. Good service with a delivery robot.

In 30 years of traveling around the globe, this is one of the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was beautiful and functional. Great position and nice rooms. Airport pick up service. But what was amazing was the welcoming of the lady, Tong. She took care of us all time from the check in to the installation in the room. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers a tea time in the afternoon. Rooms very clean and an included laundry service. I wish to go back soon. Also Wu, Ning and Feng were great, helping us with the checkout

I was attracted by the golf in the hotel. Registered members can try it for free, and the equipment is also provided for free. The children like it very much. It is also the first time to play shuffleboard and they have a lot of fun. The overall decoration of the hotel is very good. It is backed by the Wetland Park, making it easy to see the scenery wherever you move, and the environment is elegant. After arriving at the store, we were given a free room upgrade. The small courtyard of the courtyard room was very comfortable, and there was a small breeze at night, which was very pleasant.

Absolutely delighted with my stay! This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and it truly lived up to expectations. Both the ambiance and cleanliness were exceptional, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an; it's conveniently located near local attractions, and the breakfast was excellent! The Chinese restaurant also served fantastic food. The front desk staff provided outstanding service, even thoughtfully arranging a late check-out for me. All in all, a truly wonderful and pleasant stay!

The perfect hotel for muslim travellers. Located next to Huimin street or Muslim quarters. So we had no problems finding halal food. Hotel was superb. Room was comfortable, service was good, spacious & clean. Had free dryer as well. Near to subway station.. The best hotel in Xian.

This hotel I stayed at was absolutely fantastic! The moment I stepped into the room, it was blissfully cool. The air conditioning was superb; it offered a welcome respite from the scorching heat outside, providing instant comfort and a perfect escape from the summer swelter. And the hotel’s dining options were unbelievably plentiful – a true paradise for foodies! Especially breakfast. The Beef Paomo, with its perfectly sized *mo* (flatbread) pieces and rich, fragrant broth, was incredible. The beef stewed within was so tender it melted in your mouth – eating it soaked in the soup was simply out of this world! Then there was the Roujiamo! The buns were toasted crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with a perfectly balanced mix of lean and fatty shredded pork, and a drizzle of savory braising sauce. Each bite was bursting with flavor! As a carb enthusiast, I simply couldn't resist and wanted to devour multiple servings of everything! Speaking of Xi'an itself, it truly caters to my palate! Delicious noodles and various *mo* (flatbreads/buns) are everywhere; you can pick any street-side eatery and never be disappointed. For carb lovers like us, it's a place you visit and never want to leave, wishing you could eat these dishes every single day! The hotel's service was also incredibly thoughtful. The staff always greeted us with a warm smile, and any request was promptly attended to. Staying here was a truly delightful experience, from the food to the sightseeing. If I ever visit Xi'an again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel was wonderful. Room was spacious and clean, although a little tired and could use some renovation, but the amenities are so great that it covers. Bedding was so comfortable and the texture was so great! Staff are all super friendly, polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here. After a day of sightseeing, it really felt like returning to home. Only thing is that it’s a bit of a walk to the metro station. But I love how it is so close to the museum!
