Good location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff(Prateek, Maringo, Rahu) who endured my breakfast experience was top notch. Would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

This is a good hotel. Accommodation in India is on the expensive side and service tends to be uneven. This hotel is good from food to service and facilities. It is a rare good hotel. The location is pretty good too. A good choice for business trips in India.

Searched for a place online and based on the rating, chose zen suites - sector 14 and it lived up in every way to its rating. It is conveniently located with a spacious and clean living cum dining, bedroom and a sit out. It will very clean and well maintained. The food menu though limited is prepared fresh and customised. Was very tasty. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. Special mention to jyoti, kitchen team and front office team. Highly recommended

Only stayed here for 2 nights but my impression about this hotel was good. I was going to extend my stay here at that time. However, the room was not available since it is too popular. Recommend for business trip.

The room was a decent one and clean, however, there were multiple power cuts and the lights started to flicker at night that too with a loud noise.

I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't ***y restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.

While the location of Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 is incredibly convenient, right inside the Good Earth City Centre mall, the rooms left something to be desired. They were quite small and felt a bit cramped, especially for more than one person. Room service, however, was efficient. Orders arrived quickly and the food quality was surprisingly good for a budget-focused hotel. Overall, if you're looking for a no-frills stay with easy shopping and dining access, it's decent. However, don't expect spacious accommodations or luxurious amenities.

Booked a business bed room, left me a room with two single beds together, this service is really unprofessional, generally the hotel will reserve a room according to the reservation, the result tells me that there is no other option!
