Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again. Maybe it is worth to spend a night or two here. Details below: During my 6D5N trip, I have stayed in different hotels. This hotel had the most expensive parking by far. It was ¥2000 / night. Also the parking was a bit inconvenient since the parking area uses an elevator-system and you need a staff to operate the parking system machine to get your car each time you need to use your car. There were a lot of families with young children during my stay, not the best place if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. There were also only 2 elevators so sometimes it takes a long time to wait for the elevators due to the crowd. The hotel provides a lot of amenities, including some daily activities from 17:00-18:00, noodles from 20:30-21:30, and free flow drinks from 10:00-22:00 (no free laundry tho). I got to try the traditional outfit dress up session, it was a good experience to quickly try on the Okinawan-style kimono. Just a personal preference, I did find their soaps and skin care products heavily scented, which I wasn’t a fan of.

In the afternoon, the hotel provides complimentary welcome drinks like soft drinks and popsicles. Signing up with your email gets you a free gift (you can choose from six options); I picked the Awamori, which was a great choice. The complimentary promotional flyer also included a voucher for a free face mask and a 10% discount at the Ryukyu Onsen mask shop located right next door. There are lots of special perks and promotions available. There's a counter downstairs at the hotel where you can book various activities, such as snorkeling. The onsen area in the main building is smaller compared to the annex. A great feature is that the women's onsen in the annex includes a sauna. They also rotate the onsen bath scents weekly. Breakfast offered a very generous and wide selection, even including ice cream. My only minor critique is that many options were carb-heavy (rice, noodles), which felt like a bit of a carb overload. The salad bar was also a bit limited, mostly cabbage. Accessing the upper floors requires a room key, which enhances security. Ice machines and washing machines are also available and very convenient. Sunset Beach is just a short walk across a bridge from the hotel. The Chatan area also offers a free shuttle bus service, making it easy to visit Aeon Mall and catch a movie at the adjacent cinema.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every aspect! **Location:** The location is superb, right by Tsubogawa Monorail Station and just a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal. There's a Don Quijote store conveniently located on the ground floor, and a local supermarket just one block away. **Facilities:** The hotel is modern and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, allowing me to easily open my 28-inch suitcase. Guests can borrow kitchen utensils from the front desk for simple meals. Each room comes equipped with a microwave and a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean. Do note that for stays of two days, they only replace towels and empty the trash bins, without performing a full room clean. (However, this seems to be a common practice in Naha hotels for short-term stays, where only towels are refreshed.) **Service:** Exceptional! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always happy to assist with any requests, and consistently friendly and welcoming. **Environment:** Very pleasant. Despite its close proximity to the monorail line and a main road, the room was remarkably quiet.

We had an afternoon flight and didn't arrive at the hotel until 9 PM. The front desk is conveniently located on the 17th floor. The top floor offers unparalleled views overlooking the entire city of Naha. The hotel is newly opened, and having visited Japan many times, I'm accustomed to the 'small but perfectly formed' concept. This time, the facilities felt very modern and streamlined, and even though the room was compact, the kids were still thrilled with it. The self-service dryer and vending machines on the 2nd floor were also a great convenience. The hotel boasts an excellent location; there's a popular BBQ restaurant right below it, and plenty of other dining options in the vicinity. The kids certainly enjoyed their shopping sprees! It also offers great value for money. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Koroda, who assisted us with check-in—best service ever! The room was beautiful, offering a stunning view of the sea, which made our stay even more relaxing. The onsen was clean and comfortable, providing a truly refreshing experience. And don’t miss the breakfast—it’s delicious and definitely worth the money paid. Highly recommended, and I would love to stay here again! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

The hotel is very clean. Having only opened in 2023, it still feels incredibly new and fresh during this stay! The rooms are a good size, featuring a practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Right opposite the hotel, there's a large shopping mall, coffee shops, and a huge supermarket, making it extremely convenient for shopping. I was particularly delighted to find many local Japanese fashion brands available there. Guests can conveniently pick up complimentary toiletries, coffee, and Twins tea bags from the self-service station located on the 2nd floor when checking in.

100% will want to stay here again. A very new and nice hotel. Great amenities, nice room space and decorations. Staff were friendly. Public bath within the hotel. Thoughtful enough to provide slippers for room and within hotel use to walk to the public bath. Free welcome drink tickets with a range of alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks to choose from. Huge carpark at the side of the hotel with a huge convenience store (family mart) right in front. Huge plus for those who doesn't want to eat in the hotel and too lazy to drive out of the compound for food.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – it's an incredibly convenient 10-minute walk from the station and just a few hundred meters from Kokusai Dori. This makes it perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. On the downside, the soundproofing isn't great. I could clearly hear loud street noise, especially from vehicles, at night. The room isn't huge; while you can open your suitcase, it still feels a bit snug. However, purely for its superb location, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The room is quite small, with barely any space beyond the bed; a 30-inch suitcase can only just be opened. However, its cleanliness is a definite plus. Toiletries can be picked up from the lobby on the second floor. Right downstairs on the first floor, there's an Okinawan restaurant that's both reasonably priced and delicious. Plus, several convenience stores are nearby for all your daily needs. The biggest advantage, though, is its excellent proximity to the monorail. You can walk directly from Makishi Station via the pedestrian overpass, which is incredibly helpful when traveling with kids and trying to minimize walking.

Amazing hotel. The staff is very polite and attentive The room is very bright and spacious. The breakfast was very good, the both restaurants - Japanese and Italian - was quite good, but it's not really big so there is a line. Also take out option is available in Paseo Garden restaurant. Aqua zone have two swimming pools the indoors and the outdoors one. Guests may purchase sauna and sento ticket for 550 ¥. The hotel located in 600 m from Ginawan beach, it takes about 10 mins to get there. Hotel souvenir shop has variety of custom and fabric things, prices are normal. I advice you to buy souvenirs here There are several cafés and convenient stores nearby.

VVFJ’s AdventuresThe hotel is in a great location, super close to the airport, but also to the city center, it’s like 15 mins walking distance and 20 mins to airport by monorail, so it is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, considering the language barrier, they still tried to communicate with us and at the moment of our stay, they were offering guests Blue Seal ice cream :). The room was small, like it is typical in Japan, but it was OK for us and it was clean, with a modern decoration. They also offer guests different amenities, which can be find at the lobby and pajamas that they leave in the room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay :) (P.S: Pic looks weird because I quickly edited my bf out🤪)

TTellaWe chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip.

GGuest UserReview of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

GGuest UserANA was an amazing hotel, and our stay in Okinawa was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and so relaxing, making our trip even more enjoyable. The area was beautiful, and the views from our room were breathtaking.   A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

JJUpon arrival at the Southwest Grand Hotel, one is immediately struck by the calibre of design sensibilities that grace the establishment. Our room exhibited a masterful fusion of contemporary elegance and practical luxury, with thoughtfully appointed furnishings and refined finishes throughout. The intelligent spatial arrangement maximised both comfort and functionality, whilst the sophisticated colour palette created an atmosphere of understated opulence. The hotel's facilities proved equally impressive, with particular mention deserved for the meticulously maintained swimming pool and comprehensively equipped fitness centre. These amenities demonstrated the property's unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction across all facets of the hospitality experience. Breakfast service warrants special commendation, offering a veritable cornucopia of culinary delights that catered admirably to diverse palates. From impeccably executed Okinawa classics to inspired international offerings, the gastronomic range was nothing short of remarkable. The quality of ingredients was patently evident in each dish, reflecting the kitchen's dedication to sourcing premium produce. The exclusive lounge service elevated our stay to extraordinary heights, providing a sanctuary of refined comfort accompanied by attentive yet discreet service. The curated selection of refreshments and light fare throughout the day ensured guests remained splendidly catered for between mealtimes—a thoughtful touch that exemplifies genuine hospitality. Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. The Southwest Grand Hotel stands as a paragon of contemporary hospitality, where exceptional physical attributes are matched by equally impressive service standards. Their collective commitment to guest satisfaction ensures this establishment remains a distinguished choice for the discerning traveller.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is a bit out of the way from the bustling city center, with a taxi from the airport costing around 650 RMB. However, it's relatively close to Cape Manzamo and very convenient for Blue Cave diving, as the departure pier is right next door. The surrounding coastline is predominantly dotted with resort hotels, offering very little in terms of commercial facilities. While there are several restaurant options, prices are generally on the higher side. A simple meal can easily cost 150 RMB per person, and for something nicer, expect to pay 300-400 RMB. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the service is excellent. Its biggest selling points are the swimming pool, private beach, and stunning sunsets. The buffet breakfast offered limited choices. The dinner buffet, priced at 6000 JPY per person, also had limited options, but it did feature a live singer. Coupled with the beautiful sunset views, it's really more about the ambiance and overall experience.

LLiulangjinxingHoshinoya's service was first-rate. I highly recommend the horseback riding, which was a unique experience. The infinity pool is beautiful, and there are plenty of snorkeling spots nearby. The kids had a blast, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was plentiful, and the surroundings were beautiful. The only downside was the Wi-Fi wasn't working, and they couldn't fix it. The hotel immediately offered to change rooms, but I didn't consider it due to my heavy luggage. Even if I did, the cost of cleaning wouldn't be cheap. They suggest better equipment management, and Ctrip did everything they could to accommodate. Thank you so much! This was the only time I wanted to give a negative review, but I changed my mind because of the excellent service at Hoshinoya. I maintain my high rating and recommend it!

CChilunThe hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge. The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people. The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied. Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.

JJuzimanmanMy stay at this Hyatt on our last day in Okinawa was very satisfying. **Location:** It's conveniently located, just a 5-10 minute walk from Kokusai Dori. A taxi from the airport costs approximately 2000 JPY, making it easily accessible. **Arrival Experience & Lobby:** The overall environment was pleasant. Upon arrival, staff promptly greeted us and assisted with our luggage. Check-in was incredibly efficient, taking less than 10 minutes. The lobby also offers comfortable sofas for guests to rest. **Room & Facilities:** The room was a good size, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation. Our window overlooked the street, but the room was surprisingly quiet. **Cleanliness:** Everything was spotlessly clean. **Service:** The service was excellent, and we were very satisfied.

AanddyyLarge hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.
