"Good day! I really liked the hotel itself. It was bright, fresh, cozy, and clean. My husband, our 4-year-old daughter, and I stayed in room 710 on the 7th floor. We had a good rest after our journey (from Ulaanbaatar). We had breakfast in the hotel's beautiful restaurant. Regarding the service, our experience at the front desk was not great. We didn't have any tugriks with us. I couldn't tell if the administrators were just sleep-deprived, or if they thought we weren't worthy of this hotel. Thankfully, with my travel experience and knowledge of Mongolian and English, we managed to sort things out, to put it mildly. I wish those at the reception would be kinder, more helpful, and offer solutions in difficult situations. All the best to everyone! 🙏"
