Across the road on the east side is a large shopping mall including a Carrefour supermarket and many commercial service stores such as restaurants. Shopping and dining are very convenient. Parking is free, and the service of the parking lot staff is also very good. They saw me wiping the front windshield from a distance and quickly handed me a handful of tissues. When they saw that my backpack was not zipped up when I went out, they reminded me loudly.

Environment: The location is very good, just near the Grand Mosque and the square, with various snacks and pedestrian streets downstairs. Convenient for travel. Service: The service is very good, and it is worth mentioning that they provide free valet parking. Because the streets in the central area are very narrow and the space at the door is limited, they will help you park your car in the parking lot.

I spent three nights at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and hygienic. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—it included fresh fruit, a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. The coffee was also very good. The hotel's location is ideal—central, with good public transport connections. Many attractions were within walking distance. My only minor criticism: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

This is our second time to stay at Turkuaz hotel. We like this hotel and would like to stay at here again. Room is comfortable and clean with good size of space. Staffs and facilities are all very good. Breakfast is super good with great varieties. This time our bathroom is quite small which the door even could not fully open before hitting the toilet. It’s a little bit hard to get in and out of the bathroom. We highly recommend Turkuaz Hotel.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is simply charming, with a beautiful old architecture that truly reflects the spirit of Bursa. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is always kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what the hotel offers, making it a great value for money. Highly recommended!
