While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

WwikcantikThe room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet

GGuest UserFriendly staff, strategic hotel location, good air conditioning, and clean rooms. The housekeeping team is incredibly efficient – they even folded my clothes before I had a chance to! And when I temporarily left my belongings in the hallway, they were neatly tidied away by the time I returned. 🤭👍 Other staff services were also great; they took plenty of photos when I asked for help. Hehe, love it! ❤️

WW.A.W.A.NHad a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive.
My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

LliliycBooked from Trip is cheaper than booking directly from hotel. We got problems initially but the management solved it quickly. Staff are friendly, particularly Mr Febri and few staff from the housekeeping.
Room was clean. Amenities are standard. There is no hairdryer, you need to request it.
It’s previously named Grand Zuri. However, it’s still well maintained. Even though some moulds are seen in the bathroom.
Breakfast is standard, nothing fancy. Perhaps eat local foods are cheaper and nicer.
Bought hot Americano and Cappuccino, they were good!!
