I happened to be on a business trip to Cangzhou when it snowed. We stayed at the Shangkeyou Select Hotel (Cangzhou Weiming Road North China Mall Branch) on Weiming Road, North China Mall. The check-in process was quick, and the staff helped me carry my things to the room. When we returned from playing in the afternoon, the room was cleaned up again and fruit was delivered. It was so warm. There are also many delicious foods around the hotel. The North China Mall is next door. You can eat on the 8th floor and watch movies on the 9th floor. After watching the movie, I played video games for a while. It was a fulfilling day. Cangzhou is worth recommending, Nanchuan Tower is worth recommending, and Shangkeyou Select Hotel is even more worth recommending. Nanchuan Tower is located in the Canal District of Cangzhou City, south of Jiefang Bridge and east of South Lake Park. It is a landmark building on the Grand Canal. It was started in the winter of the 11th year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty (1532 AD) and completed in July of the 12th year of Jiajing (1533 AD). It is three rooms wide, with two wings on the left and right, totaling six rooms. The tower is ten feet high and belongs to the Changlu Salt Transport Envoy. It is used for the leisurely viewing of officials and salt merchants. The plaque on the tower reads 'Nanchuan Shenglan'. Nanchuan Tower is famous for brewing. The 'Cangzhou Records' in the early Qianlong period recorded: 'Nanchuan Tower is behind the Haotian Observatory in the South Gate, which is now abandoned; there is also a large South Gate outside the street, from the South Firewood Factory to the Nanchuan Tower ferry; Cangzhou is also remembered for brewing with millet and using wheat flour for yeast, and the water in front of Nanchuan Tower is the best taste. It is mellow and cool, and other prefectures cannot match it even if they follow the same method. The aged one is even better.'
