One of my friends suggested this Cafe because they have an affordable price and their MilkTea is superb👌So we tried the 30 baht Taro Milktea and We were surprised it taste excellent. 🍁Chiang Rai is regarded as the northernmost “large city” in Thailand, though it isn't actually that big. It's much smaller and less developed as a tourist destination than neighboring Chiang Mai.
