We had booked a spa through a third party company and everything ran smoothly, we were treated with the greatest respect and to a very high standard. The food was delicious, the Victorian baths were so relaxing, and the spa was incredible! Olga from the spa went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, she worked professionally and i could totally tell she loves the job she does. I ended up leaving the day feeling refreshed and happy. Thank you so much, it was totally worth treating my best friend to the spa days. Hopefully book in to see the rooms/activities next time! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I
