The Niu Charly hotel

The room was really nice. The reception desk could really improve. It took me more than 30 mins to check into my room. There was a long queue of people waiting to check-in and only one staff member at the reception desk. The hotel wasn't understaffed since there were other staff members circling around. Further, there was a card in my room to avail a free drink, when I reached the reception, the guy refused Saying they don't offer free drinks(even water) when I asked. I asked at the reception desk if the TV in my room could be fixed, even emailed, no response. I had asked for an extra blanket since the one in my room was extremely small. No response on that either. However, the hotel was nice, the room was super clean and comfortable. location is good too.
