Michelin Guide Chinese Cuisine in Penang🇲🇾

#malaysiatrip 📍Teksen Express Restaurant, Bayan Baru, Penang Visited this Chinese restaurant that has been awarded with Michelin Guide (the original store in Georgetown) and this express version restaurant is as good as the original one in town, with less crowd! We were there on a weekday night for dinner and there was less crowd, thus ordering food and having food served to our table was quick! We ordered their signature like deep fried homemade tofu in an egg white glaze with prawns and dried scallops, it was an amazing dish! Besides, braised grouper fish with yam served in a clay pot was also a delight, flavourful and nicely done! The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seatings, we chose the outdoor ones as it was airy and breezy. Great dining experience here, would revisit!
