Scumptous Dinner at Gwanghwamun Seokgalbi

Galbi, which also means ribs in Korean language, is always a favourite among the locals and is best consumed them marinated. The tenderness and juicy flavour of the ribs after grilled is hard to resist. This restaurant at D-Tower Jongno, Seoul, serves grilled ribs course meals for dinner. There are choices of beef or pork to be chosen and each course is served with salad, beef tartare, korean side dishes, fermented bean soup etc. The grilled meat is then served after grilling for 10 minutes on hot stone with spread of onions and chives. The experience is really good especially having the meal with a party of several person.
