The houses are scattered, the water babbles, and everywhere there are blooming plum blossom bonsais Along the road, the cries of vendors selling plum blossoms can be heard, making one feel as if they are in a dreamlike Huizhou Location: Maihua Fishing Village, Shexian County, Anhui Admission: Free Transportation: Shexian North Station Regarding transportation: To enter the village, take the village shuttle bus from the Nanyuankou Bridge parking lot, 30 RMB per person, round trip. You can also choose not to buy a shuttle bus ticket or buy a one-way ticket, but walking into the village is quite far, and you might not have the energy to climb the mountains once you arrive. If you are driving, you can drive directly into the village before 7:30 am and after 5:00 pm. Regarding food and accommodation: There are many homestays and farmhouses in the village, each offering meals. You can also stay in the county town of Shexian, which is about half an hour away. Regarding sightseeing: You must go up the mountain for the view, as it is the most beautiful from above. The local staff told me that there are several ancient trails up the mountain in their village, and my favorite is the Hongling Ancient Trail. Exploring different perspectives is the happiest thing~
