Try and do it the cooler times of the day and be prepared for lots of steps and walking. Bring lots and lots of water if you are coming in the hotter parts of the day. Be prepared for hoards of tourists but my recommendation would be to do the lesser popular temples first and come back to Angkor Wat last, they'll be less tourists and you'll be able to get the photo's you want.
