Hotels With parking in Risaralda, Colombia

The good points were the location was excellent, close to the Main Street where businesses are located.  The value was equal to the price paid per day. The bad points were rooms have a dark interior, it has a kitchen but little to no accessories such as pots and pans, dishes etc.  Room had no window or balcony.  Guests were not allowed to enter rooms if the number of guests exceeded the amount of the reservations.  In my case I reserved my room for two , but had two friends visit me so they couldn’t go to the room, only one was allowed so it was rather inconvenient.  Staff was ok, but not the friendliest.

Lovely hotel. Wasn't very pleased with the service received at reception as I needed to pay an extra tax, without realising. And the management were unwilling to resolve my complaint.

The hotel is always trustworthy, with clean, modern rooms and affordable prices. This is my chain store to Colombia. The breakfast was good, the restaurant staff was good, the breakfast was varied and there was an espresso machine. This is not very attractive

The room was comfortable and the overall stay met my expectations. The breakfast was good. A pleasant base for exploring Pereira, or for an overnight stay for the airport.

Loved the breakfast. There is a coffee shop in the lobby. It’s close to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

Although facing the street, the room was still very quiet. The hot water is very good and you can take a comfortable bath. Because I took an early flight the next day, the hotel could have breakfast very early and very rich. The service is very good, recommended.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast and a huge room. Only issues were the bed not being so comfortable and WiFi bad.

入住佩雷拉嘅epic suite，離開酒店時遺忘一部相機於酒店房間內，隨即打電話到酒店客戶服務尋找相機，可惜職員聲稱沒有發現，然後報警了也沒有用，提醒大家check清楚個人物品，貴重物品一定要跟身。

I was very healed by the wonderful scenery and the atmosphere of the hotel. It was very good to have a pool and jacuzzi. My family got sick during my stay, but it was very flexible and helpful. I really appreciate it. I especially wanted to recommend it to those who want to spend a relaxing time. I want to stay again.
