These are essential details that the hotel should have shared online to give customers clarity of choice. I arrived around 11:30 PM at the airport and called the hotel. They said that they had stopped the shuttle bus service at 11:00 PM. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about the shuttle bus for the next day, Saturday, since I had a morning flight, they told me that they don't offer such service on the weekend. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus service they claimed to offer. This service is not acceptable for travellers due to a lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service's schedule, which is critical information for travel customers.
