GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at The Garden Hotel in Gorontalo, Sulawesi, I had a mixed experience. The room itself was adequate for a one-night stay but fell short of expectations in several areas. The cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking, which detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the design of the room seemed a bit ill-considered; the window faced a dark corridor, which was quite unusual and did little to add to the ambiance or brightness of the space.
However, it wasn't all underwhelming. The hotel did shine when it came to the breakfast provided. The meal was a delightful and simple affair, featuring a delicious rice and chicken curry that was flavorful and satisfying. This aspect of my stay was undoubtedly the highlight and added a much-needed positive note to the experience.
In conclusion, while The Garden Hotel offers a passable option for a brief stopover, it might not be the best choice for those seeking a more pristine or thoughtfully designed accommodation. The exceptional breakfast, however, is a redeeming feature that guests can look forward to.

ZZmeyerPerfect one. 4* level, very comfortable rooms, ideally clean, friendly service. Couldn't imagine more. Breakfast was great, but cant find coffeemachine:( They have smoking lounges in the restaurant terrace, but nobody will tell you about it - just find the ”cages” on terrace and thats it.

SSergei DizNot a bad option for 1 night. But! No hot water!!! The drain in room 115 is clogged. Strong audibility in the room. Breakfast is acceptable. But in the morning the staff turns on music at 6.00 and sings. Probably it's more fun to work like that...
