Cannot fault this hotel. Great location next to Elante mall. Great pool, gym & spa facilities. Very clean, great staff. Would highly recommend!

There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh. I recently stayed at Mount View with my family and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed — from fresh towels to a comfy bed. What stood out was the view from the balcony, the room service and housekeeping was really quick. Location-wise, it was super convenient — close to Sector 17. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chandigarh and looking for a stay full of leisure and I’d definitely stay here again without a second thought.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Sky Light Garden Bar/Restaurant food was the most amazing. Amazing, delicious meals, ambient atmosphere, good staff, good service. The hotel breakfast menu was okay. The bedrooms were good sizes, clean, smelled lovely. Felt like luxury.

(1) for single and occupancy both the hotel provides only 1 sealed drinking water bottle which is unfair with respect to human consumption. Anyways the hotel charges extra for double occupancy. (2) bathroom tap fittings are broken (3) wash basin drain pipe is short and fixed with a stop gap arrangement due to which wash basin drainage water floods the entire bathroom making it dirty (4) hotel staff started overhead water storage tank cleaning without our notice or prior intimation leading to non-availability of water in bathroom for nearly 5 hours

One of the new hotels in town. I spent a very relaxing one night there. Rooms are new and very nice. I enjoyed eating in the fusion restaurant in the evening. Very tasty food.
