Property is clean and well managed with a smooth running of operations. Very comfortable stay and good breakfast. It’s a popular choice of indian and international tourists visiting India. The service was a tad bit slow, but it’s really not an issue. Staff is very friendly, courteous and professional and we enjoyed our stay here. It felt safe and comfortable and we will be visiting again.

The check in counter staff looked very busy in his phone call other staff members were laughing chit chatting around but no one was attending the customer standing for check in at 5 pm. Same story at check out at 10 am . Except counter staff service style other things are ok .

Stayed at Rose House and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted — friendly without being intrusive. Great location, easy to get around from here. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting

When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again.
