The reception staff are relativaly new, not very much helpful or flexible, just doing their job which is a bit under expectation for one of the main hotels in the city.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. It was near the airport and also near the port, which led to the Farasan Islands. Exactly next to it was a small supermarket, so perfect for small shopping.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is wonderful, and the buffet is one of the most beautiful buffets I have eaten at. I would like to thank the receptionist, Mrs. Rola, for her good reception.

The hotel environment is very good, suitable for business and family travel, the surrounding environment is beautiful, close to the sea, the city is also a leisurely location, come here next time.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was broken. The chalet itself was genuinely beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay, but I didn't get a good night's sleep because of the AC issue.

A clean hotel located in the city center next to a luxury mall and close to the Corniche and restaurants. Its price is 200 riyals per night with breakfast - fava beans, eggs, cheese, halva with cucumber, tomatoes, olives and tea - delivered to your room between 7-10 am upon request, as well as room cleaning service upon request.

The cleanliness was okay at first, but after staying for four nights, no one took the initiative to clean it. It's not in the city, but it's quite quiet even though it's on the side of the highway.

The hotel is beautiful location, and I like the capacity of the lobby ..., and there's a ferry in it ..., and the rooms are good space.
