Facilities: Pretty good, quite smart. Service: Not bad. Ambiance: Great value for money. Hygiene: Decent. It's quite close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. The staff's attitude is good, and the place is quite new and clean.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

This hotel apartment was quite good for a one-night stay. Upon entering, I found the room layout to be logical, with all the essential amenities provided, and the environment was clean and tidy. While it lacked elaborate decoration, its simplicity and practicality were a plus. From the window, you could get a close-up view of some river bridges, which is a real treat for those who enjoy falling asleep to a night view. The internet connection was also stable, and overall, it offers good value for money, making it perfect for a short stay. Highly recommend!!

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel faces the ocean directly, and you can walk straight out to the beach, which was super convenient for our little one to play in the sand. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. What truly stood out was the hotel's excellent service. We accidentally left a small item behind, and when we contacted them, they were incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging to mail it back to us. We're so grateful! Choosing the Hilton Foshan for our family trip was an excellent decision! The huge aquarium in the lobby immediately captivated our kids. Jenny proactively contacted us on WeChat, noted our requests, and even helped upgrade our room. Her service attitude was superb! What truly impressed us were the hotel's family-friendly amenities. Not only is there an exclusive kids' club, but also a playful building block room where our children absolutely loved spending time and didn't want to leave. The hotel's indoor and outdoor twin pools on the 6th floor are a summer paradise for water activities, with comfortable water temperatures and clean water. For those who enjoy working out, the 24-hour fitness center is a thoughtful touch. The dining experience was equally impressive; the seafood at the 'KAI' restaurant's dinner buffet was fresh, and the dishes were plentiful and authentic. Moreover, the hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions like Lingnan Tiandi and Zumiao (Ancestral Temple) just a short distance away. Highly recommend this hotel for families traveling with children!

During my recent trip to China, this hotel was honestly the best hotel experience I had. The room was exceptionally clean, elegant, and perfectly suitable for business travelers who appreciate comfort, calmness, and professionalism. What truly made the experience special, however, was the receptionist, Hester. She was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, and her warm welcome made me completely forget that I was waiting for my room. Small details and sincere treatment make a huge difference, and she truly represented the hotel in the best possible way. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I will remember this hotel with great appreciation, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting China.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and comfortable. They even upgraded our room for free when they found out we had a child, which was a nice touch. There's a washer and dryer available, and the parking lot is right downstairs, conveniently located by the road. Being on a higher floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise. It's super easy to get around, and the pedestrian street is only about a ten-minute walk away. Definitely recommend!

🌈 I used to always stay at Somerset, but this was my first time at Ascott, and the quality was definitely up to par. The room design was very well thought out, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, adding a sense of spaciousness and comfort to my trip. The facilities were excellent – fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, everything you could need. The night view was also beautiful. 🌟 The location is super convenient, with two subway lines right downstairs. It's less than a 30-minute direct ride to Zumiao Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and only about 40 minutes to Guangzhou South Railway Station. 🤝 The only minor drawback is that children's breakfast costs extra and cannot be redeemed with Trip.com points. I hope this can be improved.

I booked this room way in advance to see the New Year's Eve fireworks. The customer service lady was really nice and communicative throughout, especially since I was worried about finding parking during peak season. Opening the door to the room was a pleasant surprise – it was huge, and the balcony was enormous, directly facing the sea! I didn't even check the bed or bathroom; I just dropped my bags and headed straight to the beach. I didn't get back until after 2 AM. I turned on the water heater, but it ran cold for ages. I went to check it in the bathroom and realized the temperature was still set to 30 degrees. I turned it up to 60, and it took about half an hour to heat up. After my shower, I finally lay down and discovered a lot of sand on the bedsheets. I was already back late, then the water heater hassle, and now sand on the bed – the exhaustion was unreal, if you know what I mean. I really hope the hotel can improve a few things: why isn't the water heater pre-adjusted, and why weren't guests informed to adjust it themselves? Also, why was there sand on the sheets?
