The room decor was lovely and beautiful.
However, there were two very serious issues:
1. The top floor supposedly had a paint smell, so they had the extractor fan on. The noise was incredibly loud, and nobody told me about it. After I called to ask, the fan was turned off, and the world became silent. Do they even consider their guests' comfort?
2. The shower drain noise was unbeatable. The sound of water gushing was louder than flushing a toilet. If someone showered at night, I felt like I was living in a waterfall.

The hotel's location is great, and the decor is really on point. The hygiene and environment are spotless, and the overall service is excellent. The mini-fridge was well-stocked with drinks.
The only downside was breakfast. Many tables weren't set with cutlery. Guests would get their food and then have to wait for chopsticks, spoons, and forks – I've never encountered this before. This issue continued throughout the meal. I hope the restaurant pays more attention to this crucial detail, especially when it's busy and turning over tables for breakfast.

The hotel is located in the Pengrui Zhuhai Aowan Century Center Building at Gongbei Port in Zhuhai. I originally booked a舒睡特大双床房 (Shuishui King Twin Room) but was upgraded to a Cloud View Twin Room upon check-in, on the 39th floor, which is the highest floor of the building. The sunset view was absolutely stunning! Many thanks to the hotel for providing a room type that exceeded my expectations. The main front desk is on the 35th floor, and there's also a 24-hour reception on the 6th floor. They offer complimentary freshly ground coffee and ice cream, which was a fantastic touch. I stayed for two nights, on March 25th and 27th. The only slightly inconvenient thing was the elevators. Since the building is a commercial one, it's shared with other tenants, and the elevators are divided into low, mid, and high zones, with not all elevators accessible from both the left and right entrances. I had to fiddle with them a few times every time I went to either the 6th or 35th-floor reception because I wasn't familiar with the system.

The facilities are a bit old, and the main control panel isn't located near the entrance, which is a bit inconvenient. The room had a slightly damp smell, which seems to be a common issue for hotels by the sea. The cleanliness was excellent. However, the toilet was square-shaped, so the toilet seat cover I brought didn't fit, and the hotel didn't seem to provide disposable ones. The environment was great, and the service was excellent. I was also very happy with the complimentary travel photoshoot – even without sunlight, the photos turned out beautifully, and the people looked very natural.

🌈 I used to always stay at Somerset, but this was my first time at Ascott, and the quality was definitely up to par. The room design was very well thought out, with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom, adding a sense of spaciousness and comfort to my trip. The facilities were excellent – fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, everything you could need. The night view was also beautiful.
🌟 The location is super convenient, with two subway lines right downstairs. It's less than a 30-minute direct ride to Zumiao Temple and Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and only about 40 minutes to Guangzhou South Railway Station.
🤝 The only minor drawback is that children's breakfast costs extra and cannot be redeemed with Trip.com points. I hope this can be improved.

Overall, a great experience! Our butler, Mati, contacted us even before check-in. When we had a minor issue with our room during our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and actively resolved it for us, even upgrading our room type. For transportation, I'd definitely recommend driving yourself. The hotel is quite remote with no public transport nearby, and the road leading to the hotel was very dark when we arrived at night, so having your own car would be much more convenient. The hotel doesn't have many hot springs, but the ones they do have are incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This is my third time staying at this hotel. There are many similar establishments in the area, and rooms are randomly assigned across three buildings. This time, I was on the 2nd floor, so the view wasn't spectacular, but lower floors have their advantages, like not having to wait for elevators during peak hours. The room's amenities are well worth the 200+ price tag. However, if there aren't any exhibitions at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, it's really quiet around here – a hidden gem for budget travelers. Not much else to say, so I'll just share some photos to help you find your way (because of energy-saving measures at the subway station, you'll likely need to exit from C and take the stairs next to C2 up to the overpass. Cross the road, turn left, and you'll see what's in my first picture. Keep following the path in the photos until you reach ANOBOT, then follow that corridor, take the elevator down, and turn left. You'll then see what's in the 7th picture – I forgot to photograph the entrance itself. In the last picture, keep walking until you pass the second apartment building, and you'll quickly see it. The very last photo is its entrance.

Five stars, no hesitation! This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; everything was just perfect, and I highly recommend it!
The garden views are simply stunning, with lush greenery everywhere you look. Strolling through the grounds is incredibly relaxing, and you can even catch a glimpse of the serene golf course in the distance. The wide, tranquil views truly make you feel far away from the city's hustle and bustle, creating an amazing ambiance. My favorite part was the private hot tub in the room – soaking in it while enjoying the beautiful surroundings just melted away all my fatigue. Plus, the hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, making travel with furry friends completely stress-free, with a dedicated activity area. So thoughtful!
The hotel also offers a fantastic range of activities, from leisurely experiences to family fun, making every day enjoyable and fulfilling. I have to give a special shout-out to the young lady with the braided hair; her service was so warm and meticulous. During check-in, she patiently explained all the facilities and activities, proactively helped us schedule our hot tub time, and responded to all our requests immediately. She was so gentle and attentive.
The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with a quiet and comfortable overall environment. The value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for couples, families, or those traveling with pets. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and genuinely recommend it to everyone!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and comfortable. They even upgraded our room for free when they found out we had a child, which was a nice touch. There's a washer and dryer available, and the parking lot is right downstairs, conveniently located by the road. Being on a higher floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise. It's super easy to get around, and the pedestrian street is only about a ten-minute walk away. Definitely recommend!

The views and location are absolutely superb. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you get an uninterrupted sea view, and you can even spot the yacht club and K11. Across the bay, you can see the mountains of Hong Kong. Step out of the hotel, cross the road, and you're at Sea World, which has everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Right next to the hotel is a cultural and art center with two cafes and a bakery, both offering great food and scenery. The hotel's own buffet breakfast is also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and tidy, and the staff are very friendly, making you feel right at home.

BBaobeichengerThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are excellent; they have a pool and a gym, which I used during my stay and found to be very good. The breakfast was also quite nice. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center and main attractions. However, a taxi ride usually gets you there within half an hour. I stayed for four days, and the environment was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the service was prompt. Parking was convenient, and the Candy Cereal butler's follow-up was very enthusiastic. Five stars, highly recommend!

JJS.LifeAbroadMy family and I recently spent a weekend at the Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, and it was, in a word, exceptional. We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

FFanfanbunaifanI came alone, feeling stressed from work and just wanted to relax by the sea for a couple of days. But this place gave me so many pleasant surprises and made me feel so welcome!
**Environment**: Let's start with the room. Perhaps because it was off-season, they 'upgraded' my room. It had an 'ocean-facing' balcony with an outdoor tub, directly overlooking the sea. If I could, I would have slept on that balcony – it was absolutely stunning and incredibly picturesque!
**Service**: I have to say, my 'little butler was amazing!' I really didn't want to go downstairs for breakfast looking dishevelled, and they actually delivered it to my room! It was several huge boxes! I've included photos, but I didn't open everything because there was simply too much food to eat.
Also, the hotel room package I bought included daily welcome fruit, mini-bar drinks, double breakfast, double afternoon tea, double late-night sweet soup, and even three professionally retouched travel photos (and they didn't even try to upsell anything; the photography was professional and patient!). I initially thought these would just be some perfunctory offerings from the hotel, but I was so wrong – every single thing was a delightful surprise. What kind of amazing hotel is this? Is service really this competitive now?
Then there's the restaurant. While the taste wasn't incredibly astonishing, the service was spot-on! And the complimentary fries and fried chicken, oh my goodness! It was so much that I didn't even need to eat dinner, haha! 😂 It indirectly saved me a lot of money 💰.
All the photos below were taken on a cloudy, rainy day, unedited straight from the camera. What are you waiting for, ladies? Go for it!
IIvoneXExcellent, excellent! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows. I've had insomnia for a long time, and I finally got some proper rest here. The decor also perfectly matched my taste, and the lounge chair was so comfy. Lying there and looking at the lake view outside was just bliss.

GGuest UserExtremely close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service for early morning flights. They arrange the shuttle based on your departure time, so you just need to be downstairs ten minutes before it leaves. They also offer wake-up calls. It's the top choice for early morning flights, and the massage chair was very comfortable too.

PPuhe1. This hotel stay exceeded my expectations. The spacious and bright lobby, elegant environment, and attentive front desk service were all excellent.
2. I received complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room was not only spacious but also had excellent natural light, and all the necessary amenities were provided.
3. Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a tranquil paradise. The beautiful environment was refreshing, the warm service from the front desk was the icing on the cake, and the excellent location made getting around extremely convenient.

GGuest UserSo quiet and clean! The butler service was excellent! We brought our own tea set for a '圍爐煮茶' (a type of traditional tea brewing around a small stove) on the balcony, which was incredibly pleasant and comfortable. The balcony in our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views. There's also a small outdoor balcony with a lounge chair, perfect for enjoying the scenery. The fourth floor has a private kitchen offering Cantonese cuisine, which you can order directly to your room! Downstairs, there's a common area for activities. We only stayed one night, but I feel like I could easily stay for several more next time! Highly recommend!

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.
__WeChat30860****The price is very reasonable and the hotel is clean and hygienic. The location is very good, there is parking available, and there are many convenient restaurants nearby. The front desk service is also good, with tea service as soon as you enter! The room is clean and tidy, the disposable items are very hygienic and convenient, and the WiFi in the room is very fast!
