I had an amazing stay! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in and quiet surroundings made my trip perfect. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, it was unprofessional to send us to the spa with our luggage during check-in, even though there was a storage area at reception if the room wasn't ready. I also missed coffee in the room.

The room is large and the facilities are high-end. You can see the peaks from the balcony. The hotel has welcome apples and wine, which is very good. The service is very good. The breakfast category is rich.
Perfect friendly greeting .... prevailing staff ...very very clean ....simple perfect ...I'll come back

GGuest UserWhen systems replace people
Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel.
The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space.
What failed completely during my stay was human communication.
A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced.
Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person.
At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant.
Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being.
The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians).
The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.”
What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset:
rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding.
This hotel does not have a problem with facilities.
It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them.
I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects:
How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level?
With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent.
Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.
GGuest UserNot our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.
AAndrew The GreatGenerally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help.
On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.
Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.
SSock KengNice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer.
Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car.
Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!
GGuest UserThis place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺
GGuest UserThe room was really chic, the view was very beautiful, the breakfast was varied, the staff was friendly, the night cost almost €400, and it was strange that for that price, the room didn't have a kettle with tea and coffee or even free water. I would also have liked a better hairdryer, not the smallest Valera hairdryer, which overheated after a minute of use. This really caused inconvenience when drying my hair.
SSujjeThis hotel does not leave any wishes open! The suite was very spacious, very well maintained and clean and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is only the ”tip on the i”. The light as well as the Non-Disturbing function or the request for room cleaning can be controlled centrally via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, especially the sauna landscape has impressed us very much. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect address to make the evening out of the hot stone at a Vienna slice or steak. Also the staff is very friendly and welcome. All in all the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or even longer. We will certainly come back!
JJustincNice retreat from the city, separate toilet and shower, comes with a bathtub. Good breakfast spread, it was delicious and has a nice view of the lake. Rooms have mountain and lake view. Love the whirlpool and indoor & outdoor pool. The view from the pools are awesome and the sauna is great. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.
OolafstandoAbsolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.
