Great hotel literally across the road from terminal 3. It suited my needs perfectly as I arrived in manilla at night and then had a morning flight to Cebu the next morning. It's in a nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. I would stay here again the hotel is very nice and modern. The staff are also very friendly. Recommend

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh and well maintained. The room and common areas were spotless, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The food was genuinely impressive with great variety and quality. Every meal felt well prepared and satisfying. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the wellness area. The sauna and steam room were fantastic and added such a relaxing touch to the whole experience. The pool area is beautiful and very inviting. It does get a bit busy at times, but the atmosphere is still enjoyable. The only small downside was a green light flashing on the roof at night, which was slightly distracting. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would happily return.

Just curious why the hot water is only available on the top shower. We wanted to wash only our bodies, but we had no choice but to get our hair wet. Overall, it was great.

I highly recommend this condotel for any travelers due to its proximity to the airport and major shopping centers like Aseana Manila Bay, Ayala malls, MOA, and PITX. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are clean and well-stocked. Shared gym and pool amenities. I've stayed here multiple times, and the reasonable rates makes it an ideal choice. Will recommend 👍🏼

I recently stayed at Lime Resort Manila and had an amazing experience! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with stunning views of Manila Bay. I loved the infinity pool and the buffet breakfast was delicious! The location is also great, with easy access to SM Mall of Asia and other nearby attractions. Highly recommended! 😍

My recent stay at the property was extremely disappointing and troublesome. During my stay, the electricity was cut from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and there was no proper communication from either the management or the owner regarding this. Thankfully, Trip.com assisted me in handling the issue, but the coordination from the property itself was very poor. Each room seems to be in a different condition. Although the room I stayed in this time was slightly better than the one I had previously, the overall experience still did not match the price I paid. I stayed for 7 nights because I had personally disinfected the entire room and preferred to remain there. However, I was still forced to change rooms, which caused a lot of inconvenience. What was most unacceptable was the number of cockroaches in the room, despite being on the 23rd floor. I have no idea how they appeared. But bed sheet and pillows are acceptable in the room.

Booked at this hotel because we had events at nearby Double Dragon The hotel location is perfect. Price is reasonable. Offered luggage storage service and even let you use their umbrellas for free (just leave an ID or hotel key card) The rooms were ok, with a queen and single bed. It even has a working table, mini ref, microwave and coffee/tea facilities. Bathroom amenities were provided. The bathroom looks dated with unpolished corners. They offer buffet breakfast and dinner at P450 per person, which is quite affordable. But overall, this is a good hotel option in the area

Staff are very accommodating 10/10, call them to borrow a blower, and they’ll be outside your room mins after. They helped me with my luggages which is very helpful with me since i cannot carry anything above 5kg. The location is also okay. On my first night, I arrived late and hungry, was planning to order something on Grab but it will take 40-50 mins to be delivered, so i decided to go out from hotel and see what foods available, and i am surprised there are fast food chains, mall, one ride PUVs to MOA and that’s just like a minute walk literally outside the hotel. I like that during my stay, dec 15-20 2025, their breakfast is buffet style, also not much viand were offered, it’s already decent breakfast since i only got the hotel for like 1500p per night. One bad thing about this hotel is just that the room has small cockroaches and takes 5-8mins for the shower to be warm so i turn on the shower ahead before i go in. :)

It was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough. Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

This was my first time booking this hotel. The location is easy to find, and transportation is convenient. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool can be used for free, and the kids must have had a lot of fun. I will definitely book this hotel again next time.
