Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice... As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile.The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards.
