RRick91The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location and offers a wonderful breakfast. There’s fruit at the check-in desk. My only complaint is that we lost power in my room this morning, causing me to wake up early. Power was restored after an hour. The staff were very friendly.

TTomA very good convenience is the spa zone open until midnight!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good location – about 15 minutes walk to the center. Unfortunately, the building overall appeared to have come some in the years, especially the bathroom could tolerate a small refreshment. The lobby was a funny smell in the air that disturbed something. Since no air conditioning was available, it was very stiff at night and, unfortunately, it was noisy by the street side. The staff seemed somewhat unmotivated but always helpful in our concerns. For a short city trip in good location, well, personally, I would choose for another accommodation next time.

GGuest UserUnfortunately, there were no German translations for food cards or other instructions!
The sports equipment was partially defect and not properly used.
Otherwise we liked everything very well!

GGuest Uservery satisfied. The front desk service is very good, a bunch of beautiful women. The room was very quiet and there was a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and dental appliances.

BBantawanIt was a bad night because of the very loud noise from room next to us. They finished their party in room at almost 3 in the morning 😟

GGuest UserGeneral issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…
