They let us check in an hour early, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😊 The room was good and well-equipped with everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, coffee, and tea.
However, the cleaning before our arrival wasn't thorough. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing.
Daily cleaning was provided, and the water, coffee, and tea were replenished every day.
The breakfast was excellent, but if you arrive around 10 AM, finding a seat might be a challenge. Sometimes we were asked to wait 20 minutes because it was fully booked.
I popped into the beauty salon on the ground floor to get my hair styled for an event. My hair was already washed and wet. I just asked them to dry and style it with a hairdryer. I have a bob above my shoulders. They charged 3500 (Ruble), even though the price list indicated a different amount. I didn't bother to dispute it as I was really short on time.
Overall, I liked the hotel and think I'll return again.

Alina SamusevaWe stayed for two days around our wedding, and everything was magnificent. The staff was incredibly responsive; we requested a larger room with a terrace, and they accommodated our wish. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely complimentary dessert and a bottle of Prosecco in our room, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. The bed was soft and very comfortable, ensuring we had excellent sleep. The room itself was spacious, and we could even order breakfast to our terrace, which offered an impressive view of St. Isaac's Cathedral. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and diverse, featuring desserts, salmon, vegetables, blinis, caviar, and Prosecco. You could also order à la carte. Our room was 537, one of those with large terraces and a direct view of the cathedral, making it perfect for wedding or any other photography.

Guest UserClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available .
The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers.
The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants.
Definitely worth it!

Guest UserThis place since it was Sofitel or even earlier W designed with love by Antoni Citterio Burau is my favorite place for business travel in St. Peterburg.
Lovely location, design and service stands for real 5-star!
A gourmet restaurant on sight makes it very convenient for business meals like breakfast, lunch or dinner with no need to browse surroundings by foot!
Love this place!

The hotel is in a great location, a bit far from the city center but close to the subway station. The room is well-equipped with amenities, but I don't quite understand why I was given a twin room... It was equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, but there was no toilet paper, and the water quality was not very good. The strangest thing was that the quilt didn't have a quilt cover, but was covered with a sheet. It was really strange. The washing machine can only wash but not dry, and they charged 300 rubles for something else. I don't know what it was, and it wasn't marked when I booked. In short, I can only say it's okay.

Александра ХалайI really liked the hotel!
The location isn't in the center, but it's a 1-minute walk to the metro.
Lots of cafes, salons, and shops downstairs.
There's a pool.
The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous in the summer.
The downsides include a long wait for the elevator, as there are many floors, but it's not a deal-breaker. I've stayed here four times. It's fantastic!

Anonymous UserThe service was excellent; even though there's an elevator, the staff insisted on taking our luggage to the room. The hotel facilities were also very cozy and clean, and the breakfast was not only plentiful and delicious but also available until 12 PM. The location is superb too; the hotel is right on the Fontanka River, a tributary of the Neva River, and it's just a seven or eight-minute walk along the river to Nevsky Prospekt.

There were 16-16 Hotel on March 26. The room was ordered big at once, we were three people. At the entrance immediately found a dirty floor. In the bedroom, the shell from the seed, began to use the sun curtain. The living room table is broken (one leg), the extract over the plate does not work, the garbage room was old dirty spots apparently from the tea bags. They ordered a dinner room from the restaurant: pelmen with deer and bruss (not a home pie and a twist), varenic with potatoes (all the same), beef cheeks cannot be spoiled (was delicious), but the puree to them is not delicious. They brought in the room barely warm, though everything was packed. What for the SPA: children and the people dark, there is no place to put their things. I silence about lying on a chedron and resting. Many things will put and swim. Asking to allocate one cheeslong for 3 people - refused! People without residence take a place in the spa. This hotel is 3 times, now I wonder whether I will come here again. Every year it gets worse and worse. The people don't have it in April when the Spa closes. The location is convenient.

Check-in was seamless, and most of the staff spoke English, so communication was a breeze. The hotel is a bit older, but the facilities are well-maintained.
As a solo traveler, staying here for 9 consecutive days was an absolutely comfortable choice. The subway station is just a few steps away, and there are supermarkets, various restaurants, and multiple bus stops nearby. There's also a park right across the street. All in all, it's incredibly convenient for solo travel... Plus, it's not on the main street, so it's very quiet and not noisy at all.
Rooms on the 8th floor can be a bit noisy because floors 9 and 10 house functional service areas. When checking in, you might want to request a lower-floor room!
This stay truly left me with wonderful memories... I hope to have the chance to visit again in the future~
The room looked almost exactly like the pictures provided by the hotel. The review photos show breakfast, some interior and exterior views of the hotel on the first floor, and all the scenery within a five-minute walk of the hotel.
