LLena.ZHighly recommended! The room was very clean, and the shower had great water pressure. No need to bring your own toiletries as the hotel's products are excellent – I'm even searching for them to buy! I had a very comfortable stay. The laundry service was super convenient. The breakfast selection is worth mentioning; it's very rich. I loved the beef and chicken noodle soup, bread, and more. I had Vietnamese pho every day for a week 🍜. Coming back to the hotel after a long day to have dinner was a great choice. The steak was delicious, and the chicken vermicelli I ordered separately was also tasty, served with freshly fried dough sticks 💯. You can even order room service. There's a Vincom shopping mall right next to the hotel with a supermarket, various restaurants, and a Starbucks. Personally, I think it's a great place 👌.

GGuest UserThe room wasn't new, but thankfully it was clean, and the front desk staff could communicate in basic Chinese. It was strange, though, that the price for one night on Trip.com seemed to be listed incorrectly, so I had to make two separate bookings. However, they unified the room type for me upon check-in, which was quite good. The noodles at breakfast were also nice.

EelneneI am staying on the eighth floor of the hotel, and I would like to raise a concern about the noise and the way some staff members are working in the corridor.
This morning, September 5, from around 7:30 a.m. until a little after 8:00 a.m., several staff members were repeatedly walking back and forth in the hallway and talking loudly. I found this quite unusual and disruptive, especially so early in the morning, when many guests may still be sleeping or resting.
Also, on the previous two nights, at around 11:00 p.m. or even midnight, I repeatedly heard doors being pushed, opened, and closed in the corridor. I understand that hotel staff have their own work to do, and I respect the local culture and working practices. However, I am not familiar with the local customs, so I am wondering whether staff could be more mindful of the quiet hours and try to avoid unnecessary noise after 11:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.
I would really appreciate it if the hotel could look into this and help maintain a quieter environment for guests.

GGuest UserNice Stay, close to a few chinese restaurants, the bbq restaurant is really good. The only issue I had is when they gave me water bottles that were 3/4 full (someone already drank in it). Just have an eye on this.

CChensir007The room was incredibly spacious, especially for an executive suite which I booked at a surprisingly good price. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout is perfect for longer stays with multiple people. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was still a good stay.

GGuest UserRuby and Xiaocang at the front desk were very welcoming and enthusiastic! 👍 The hotel environment is also good, and it has a restaurant. I ordered a rice set meal, which had a Chinese flavor and tasted pretty good. The breakfast buffet was also plentiful.

The room was clean, with large windows providing a good view. The only minor point was that it was a little close to the main road.

SSanfenzhierI highly recommend this hotel for anyone on a business trip to Bắc Ninh. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the facilities are modern and functional. The front desk staff speak Chinese, which is a huge plus. They offer free laundry service where staff wash, dry, and fold your clothes – incredibly convenient! There are many Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's only about 2km from the city center and Chinatown. Getting a taxi downstairs is also very easy.
