Ippudo is one of the successful ramen brand in japan and recently, NY and London. Ippudo started its way from Hakata, Fukuoka prefecture. And more popular it becomes, more ippudo-branded ramen bars in Hakata city. Ippudo's ramen is very sophisticated. Its soup is so creamy that you can't understand it is made from pig bone. Noodle, You can choose the condition of it as you like. (soft-"yawame", normal-"futsu-u", hard-"katame", very hard-"bari-kata", super hard-"hari-gane" ) Additionally, you can customize its taste with variety of spices (ginger, pepper, sour-pickles, sesame etc). Ippudo is a typical and the top of Hakata-style ramen, you must try it when you drop into Fukuoka prefecture.
